-Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.

-We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted.

-The stairs leading to the second level are fairly steep.

-There are 2 bedrooms on the main level (twin bunk bed + another twin bedroom as well as one of the queen bedrooms). The other queen bed is located upstairs as well as the bathroom with the standing tub. The laundry facilities are located upstairs as well.
