Perched above Whistler Village, this Northern Lights townhome offers the perfect blend of seclusion, comfort, and convenience. Designed for discerning guests seeking a luxury mountain retreat, the residence provides direct access to world-class skiing alongside elegant interiors and thoughtful amenities.
The Living Experience The top-floor great room is a showpiece: soaring vaulted ceilings, expansive picture windows framing the forested slopes, and a glowing fireplace that invites you to gather after an exhilarating day outdoors. Plush seating, warm textures, and natural light create a space that is both sophisticated, elevated, and inviting. A private den with a large flat-screen TV offers a second lounge area for family entertainment. Plus a convenient powder room.
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, where seating for eight at the live-edge table ensures memorable meals together. There are an additional four barstools at the kitchen island from which is a perfect perch when entertaining guests for dinner. From here, step out to the spacious back patio with outdoor seating and your private hot tub—an ideal setting for unwinding beneath the stars.
The primary suite is on the top floor with queen bed, vaulted ceilings, and ensuite with walk-in shower.
The ground-floor entryway is spacious and inviting with an modern mud room from which to warm your winter gear after a day on the slopes, and a built-in boot dryer. Here you can access the attached garage where you have plenty of space to store your skis, snowboards, bikes and lake gear - this truly is a year round resort. The garage can fit two small to medium-sized vehicles, with another on the small driveway. Additional parking may be available with a parking pass and is first come, first serve.
Northern Lights Location: Perched above the Whistler Village, the Northern Lights community provides the perfect treetop shelter to make the most of your holiday, be it skiing, biking or enjoying all the other experiences our town has to offer.
Here, our guests are always at the centre of the action. Situated just off the Sea to Sky Highway and set on a scenic private road 600m above Whistler Village. Guests get to enjoy the convenient, year-round access to world-class amenities. Northern Lights Whistler provides a great base to escape to the mountains while only being a ten-minute walk away (or two-minute drive/cab) from award-winning restaurants, lively bars, local galleries and retail stores in the Village.
Northern Lights Whistler Ski Access: When it’s time to hit the slopes, Northern Lights provides hike-in ski access to the base of Whistler Mountain, where guests can enjoy lift access to both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. The hike to the ski out is best suited to active and adventurous skiers who enjoy a warm-up before getting their turns in, and may not be ideal in early winter or spring conditions when there is little to no coverage on this low-elevation trail.
To access the ski out, guests will walk to the end of the street and then up the 100-step staircase. This trail will lead you to Lower Olympic, an easy green run taking you to the bottom of Whistler Mountain. From here you can access the Whistler gondola or Fitzsimmons chair. After a day of skiing, guests can use this same ski access to ski in to the top of the staircase leading back to the Northern Lights neighbourhood.

A full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo and double vanity ensures comfort for groups and families shared with all three bedrooms on the 2nd level.
All guests must be over the age of 28, or consist of a family group.
Please note that for peak FESTIVE PERIODS, we accept a 7-night rental over Christmas OR New Years Weeks, or a 14-night minimum reservation if the reservation falls over both holidays. Only arrivals/departures on Dec 27/28/29/30th will be considered. If you instant book and the dates do not work, we reserve the right to cancel. Midstay cleans are mandatory on any booking at/over 7 nights.
