We’ll certainly take your feedback into consideration so that we can provide an improved experience for future guests. Regarding the location, perhaps we could’ve done a better job providing walking directions from the unit to the nearest lift. While walking to the cabriolet is certainly an option, it’s actually a bit closer if you walk directly to the base of the canyons village resort (takes me 6-7 minutes in snowboard boots depending on the weather). And as you’ve mentioned, those who aren’t interested in making the walk can take the free shuttle service that will pick you up just a few feet away from the unit. We believe our condo provides tremendous value (a comparable size layout slope side is typically 4-6x the nightly rate of our unit). We do provide an area for ski/snowboard storage that can be found in the laundry room. There’s a Rough Rack 3-6 Ski & Snowboard rack mounted on the wall along with waterproof boot mat below. Guests are encouraged to use the coat rack located near the front door to hang wet ski gear (there’s a wall heater adjacent to this coat hanger that helps the wet clothing dry more quickly). Listings that do include a toaster and kettle will specify such under “kitchen” amenities, and while we do not advertise those features, we will consider adding them in the future. The unit does include a full size oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and sink. It also includes dinnerware, glassware, flatware, cutlery, bakeware and a Keurig coffee maker. We appreciate your feedback on the need for additional storage in the bedroom. We are actively looking for the right pieces to complement and fit the space. Our unit and the complex are pet free. We do not have a cat. It sounds like you found the unused litter box (that we totally forgot about! Thanks for the reminder) located in the owners cabinet in the laundry room. Upon purchasing the unit a few years ago, we purchased a spare litter box for our recently departed cat and left it at the condo, but later learned that the HOA has a zero pet policy. Lastly, I’m sorry that your final night was impacted by a power outage. This is the first time that an outage such as this has impacted a customer, and now that this possibility has been brought to our attention, we’ll be sure to put a few battery powered flashlights in the unit just in case.
