This intimate suite is in the center of town, with Waterfront view facing the harbor. It has King bed and attached bath with walk-in shower and granite vanity. Recently redecorated with seating area, custom screen and Large Screen TV which may be viewed from bedroom or living area. High ceilings, Cork floors.
Great location in the heart of Saugatuck to walk to restaurants, entertainment, shopping or to just stroll docks out front with coffee or ice cream cone.
Intimate Swanky Modern King unit in multi-unit building - Features cork floors, 10 ft ceilings, Brick accent wall, Seating area with love seat and 2 side chairs. There is HDTV with Cable, and WiFi, and Mini Fridge and Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. AC/Heat with Remote control. Fanaway Ceiling Fan. Features French door walkout and view of harbor and park to watch the harbor or people watching. This unit is is smaller and intimate for couple that wants place in town to explore town. Overnite street parking in front.( sometimes there is a parking space in front, but it's based on occupancy) This is not an appropriate unit with child.

I loved staying here and would absolutely stay again. Marta was very responsive and very generous leaving a nice assortment of treats for me upon arrival. The location is is perfect, right downtown with everything in walking distance.

In the heart of Saugatuck!

Extremely well-located near the hustle and bustle of the town, while being sort of tucked away and definitely quiet at night. Host was super gracious (including leaving wine and snacks!) and was a great communicator.

Perfect location

This was a bad places we have stayed. We were welcome with goodies which was awesome. The rental is perfect for two people. Quaint cottage in the perfect location on water Street close to everything. You donā€™t even need to get in your car ; walk to great restaurants and shops! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

Saugatuck Fall Getaway

What a perfect location!.. Even sitting on the sofa, you have clear view of the water. The excellent food at the Butler is across the street, and most of the shops and bars downtown are a block or two away. Second year we've visited the free silent disco at the city event center. The property is a comfortable home-away-from-home that we thoroughly enjoyed for a 3 day weekend.

Great City - Great Accommodations

Marta's place was incredibly situated on the outer- perimeter of the main shopping area in Saugutuk. It is a 30 second walk to all of the great things the city has to offer, but still excluded enough that there's no distraction when you're ready to retire for the evening. The place was small, but well stocked, clean and comfortable. She did a fantastic job decorating. The only negative was that there wasn't a great outdoor space. Would/ will stay again asap.

Perfect in town location with all the special touches.

I took my wife away for a "birthday" weekend that just happened to be Labor Day weekend. We stayed from Friday to Tuesday and enjoyed all the fantastic things that Saugatuck has to offer. The owner was extremely accommodating. The unit itself is somewhat small but very cute and well appointed. The welcome bottle of wine was a great touch. We would highly recommend this to any couple looking for a great location in a wonderful town. Just park the car and enjoy. You never have to leave.

Small, but perfect

This was a perfect little space for a weekend getaway. Space was tight, but everything you need. Marta was excellent with communication and even left us treats which was an unexpected and nice touch! The place is attached to the back of a store, so around 9am everyday you started hearing doors slam. That said, the location could not have been more convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beautiful view.

Good Times

This property, located in the Historic District, was super clean, very cute, had a comfy king bed, and a nice view of the river. It was within walking distance to shopping and restaurants/bars/coffee shops, and just a few miles away from the Saugatuck Dunes State Park/Felt Mansion County Park area with miles of great hiking/cross country ski trails. We highly recommend staying here!

2 Day Getaway

We had an opportunity for a quick 2 day getaway to Saugatuck. This rental and the whole experience was Outstanding!! The rental was immaculate and every detail was very well done. Marta was a perfect owner to deal with in all respects, gave us great suggestions of restaurants and things to do. We can't wait to return!

I moved to Saugatuck from Chicago. I purchased this historic building and started renovation step by step to make this a deluxe property in town. I added insulation between floors and in the walls and maintained some of the historic features. This is one of the newer units on the ground floor. Created a home that I would enjoy with views of harbor, park and marina. A great location to be a part of it all but away from it all at the same time.
