The space
Inspired by the tranquility of its surroundings, Wiley Woods is your perfect escape. This stylish, mid-century modern retreat has been thoughtfully renovated, comfortably furnished, and designed with relaxation in mind. It offers a serene and private haven close to all the attractions of Douglas and Saugatuck.

The house boasts 2 bright and cozy bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms features a plush queen bed with luxurious linens.

The fully-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to whip up meals, from stainless steel appliances to the essential pantry staples. The open living area features a flat-screen TV and the adjacent dining area comfortably seats 6.

The back patio invites you outside for al fresco meals. or to gather around the fire pit for evening s’mores. You'll enjoy watching deer pass through the woods while you sip your morning coffee.

Perfectly situated, Wiley Woods is located:

- A 10-minute walk to the Dunes Resort
- A 15-minute walk to the shops, galleries & restaurants in downtown Douglas
- 2 miles to downtown Saugatuck

Guest access
You will enjoy full and private access to the entire home, yard and parking area during your stay. We have parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Other things to note:
We love dogs! Up to 2 dogs are welcome to join you, but we do not accept cats. You're welcome to bring up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs along, but please let us know when booking if your pet(s) will be joining you.

So that we can continue welcoming dogs to the house, we ask that you please wipe their paws before entering, keep them off furniture, pick up after them, and do not leave them at the house unattended.

As part of your reservation, you’ll be asked to sign a standard liability waiver covering use of the bicycles and any recreational amenities. This ensures all guests understand and accept the safety guidelines and risks involved. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival so we can confirm your reservation.

The bicycles are available for use between May 1 and October 31 only. If you plan to use bicycles outside that window, please make other arrangements.

Please note that a mandatory 5% community tourism fee is added to each reservation to support local tourism efforts.
