Your group will be “All In” for this South Haven retreat! This inviting 5-bedroom, 3-bath ranch-style home offers something for everyone—access to a neighborhood pool plus hiking and biking trails that connect you to downtown or Van Buren State Park. The lower level features a game room with shuffleboard, a wet bar, and extra sleeping space, and the backyard is perfect for gathering around the fire pit, grilling out, or playing yard games. Walk to Kids Corner Park and the Blue Stairs at South Beach or take a quick ride just over a mile into downtown South Haven.

Pool is open to the guests of All In at Trailside from Memorial Day to Labor Day
*Use of the pool is limited to registered guests of All In at Trailside, no additional guests or day visitors are permitted.

INDOOR LIVING: Luxury furnishings w/ beach décor, gourmet kitchen, fireplace, finished basement with wet bar, Smart TV, games
OUTDOOR LIVING: Spacious backyard with firepit, gas grill, yard games
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cookware, utensils, stainless steel appliances, gas range, coffee maker, and blender.
GENERAL: Linens/towels, free WiFi, trash bags, paper towels, central heating & A/C
PARKING: Garage (2 vehicles), driveway (2 vehicles), free street parking

Note: The pool is typically open from the start of Memorial Day weekend to the end of Labor Day weekend.

House Rules and Policies
- Maximum Occupancy is 14 people
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- The manager has multiple homes in the area should you need additional space for your large group
- NOTE: Home has a decibel monitoring sensor outside of the home.

PAYMENT TERMS:
25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date
