The Space:

The living room welcomes you with a plush couch, cozy love seat, and a smart TV mounted above the fireplace—all bathed in streams of natural light from large windows. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the kitchen, where sleek stainless steel appliances and counter seating for two make it easy to entertain or whip up a quick bite. Just beyond, a dining table for eight invites family and friends to gather for meals, laughter, and memories. Sliding doors lead to your private balcony oasis, complete with a grill, fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating—perfect for enjoying evening sunsets or a nightcap under the stars.



This home comfortably sleeps 11 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a smart TV.



This home includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

- Outdoor fireplace and BBQ are non functioning at this time.

· Washer and dryer in home.

· Garage & lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional overflow parking is available.

· Portable crib available.
