Welcome to Anchor Point Apartments, part of the distinguished Governors Harbour Collection, a select group of top-tier rentals in central Eleuthera. Offering comfort and value, this condo-style development enjoys a prime location in the dynamic heart of Governor’s Harbour.

Apartment #2 is a spacious, upstairs 2 bedroom apartment suite with an open plan living and dining area. The master bedroom features a newly added 4 poster bed and there are 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. These can easily convert into a second king bed, with mattress topper, on guests` request.

For groups of more than 4, there is a pull out sofa in the living room which can comfortably sleep an additional single, or couple. There is also an additional single roll away bed that can be provided, on request.

There is a full washer and dryer in the unit, as well as pots/pans, coffee maker, full oven/stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and so much more. A back-up generator switches on automatically to ensure your constant comfort.

Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and soft sided cooler are all included for days lounging on nearby beaches. SMART TV and Wi-Fi are also included with the rental for those that want to catch up on their favorite programs/movies, or work while away!

Pricing for this unit is based on occupancy, allowing smaller groups (4 or less) to enjoy the apartment at a lower rate while consuming less utilities and creating less wear on the property. Please ensure you select the correct quantity travelling for accurate pricing and bed configuration ahead of arrival.

Our apartments are located in the vibrant heart of Governor`s Harbour, a prime location for exploring Central Eleuthera. We are one block from the historic Haynes Library, and less than a 1/4 mile from Cupid`s Cay, home of the Eleutheran Adventurers, and the site of the first Bahamian Parliament in 1746.

Every Friday evening there`s great Bahamian nightlife at the Anchor Bay fish fry, a short stroll from the apartments. Here you can sample locally prepared, down-home Bahamian food - including conch salad, deep fried fish, grilled chicken, macaroni and cheese, and peas n` rice. Mingle with friendly locals, winter residents who visit the island each year for several months at a time, or tourists seeking a fun night out - there is a live DJ, local beers and cocktails, limbo contests and dancing in the streets until late into the night!

While Anchor Point Apartments are within walking distance to the local grocery & liquor stores, coffee shops, gift stores and ATM facilities, we do find that most of our guests opt to rent a vehicle during the stay to really explore the island. There are endless secluded beaches the length of the island, waiting to be explored!

For a great day out on the ocean exploring or fishing, we would be more than to refer you to some of our preferred boat charters, with your own captain. Paddle boards, kayaks, and jet skis are also available for rent, as well as snorkeling and diving gear.

Upon booking, each guest receives a detailed welcome letter by email, filled with helpful information to make planning the perfect island getaway a breeze.
