BATHROOMS

The primary bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom with a separate tub and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom shares a second bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

FOURTH-FLOOR OCEAN VIEWS

The living and dining rooms are open to each other and both look out over the Atlantic. You're a short walk from the water, with the Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island right next door for an evening out.

TWO COMMUNITY POOLS

Two oceanfront community pools serve the building, connected to the beach — lounge in the sun, then head down to the water whenever the mood strikes. The pools are unheated and shared with the rest of the association.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with stool seating alongside the counter, plus a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker for real cooking. It opens onto a dedicated dining area with its own table.

COMFORT AND EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS

Central air conditioning and heating keep the condo comfortable year-round, an in-unit dryer means less to pack, and WiFi keeps everyone connected throughout the stay.

• The condo association is completing this state-mandated restoration through late September 2026; expect some construction noise, workers on the property, one of two community pools possibly temporarily closed, and more limited parking than usual
• Check-in is after 4:00 PM with self check-in via smart lock through a private entrance
• Free parking is available, though reduced during construction
• Check-out before 10:00 AM; maximum occupancy 4 guests
• No pets allowed; no smoking anywhere on the property
• This unit is not wheelchair accessible
• Neither pool is heated
