Make this completely renovated, ground-floor condo your home away from home and treat your family and even your dog to an unforgettable beach-cation! This comfortable condo is located in the Beach Walker Villas inside the beautiful Amelia Island Plantation! You will be only minutes away from the beach and community outdoor pool and surrounded by beautiful walking and biking trails. The living area and primary bedroom have TVs and the balcony overlooks a lush canopy landscape. Enjoy the close proximity to the shops and restaurants located on the Omni Plantation and lots of fun activities throughout the island.

Things to Know
Please be aware that starting Monday, August 11th: There will be a project in the parking lot area that will involve construction noise and increased activity & is projected to last approximately 6 weeks.
There are stairs leading to the front door of this condo. There is no elevator access.
There is cable in the living room and primary bedroom. Streaming is only available in the second bedroom.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.

Can't Wait To Come Back!

We had a fantastic stay. The grounds and the condo were absolutely lovely and so close to the beach. We had tropical weather from Hurricane Helen one evening w/ high winds but felt safe and secure where we were located. 5-star rating from easy check-in/out, lots of communication, cleanliness of condo, etc. Can't wait to return.

Amazing Getaway

Clean and nicely updated, this unit is perfect for a relaxing beach weekend! We didn’t want to leave! Very comfortable and cozy place to come home to after a day at the beach or visiting the sights in Fernandina

The property was well prepared for the intended use away from home stocked with everything….! We have bought items at other locations so that the next visitors would have what they needed. We all enjoyed every. No surprises!!

Fall Break 2023

We had stayed at another place like this one last year, but liked this condo much better. It was exactly as advertised. Clean, well equipped, close the beach and pool, and allowed us to bring our dogs. Our kids loved having a TV in their room too.

Highly Recommend

The unit itself is beautiful. Also, the showers have extendable hoses which is great. Fully equipped kitchen and beach stuff. It's right on the Omni resort so restaurants are in walking distance as is the beach (5 minutes). Pool was lovely. There were not many people and it was a great time with my family. The only thing is that there isn't instructions on how to use the thermostat. It froze, but the agency was very responsive. It can be adjusted on the right side with a little strip on the white part. It's auto heating up to 76 degrees or more in the afternoon. That was the only issue that we had. I would recommend this place to anyone!

A relaxing and beautiful stay

This home has everything you will need to feel comfortable. Plenty of space to relax, walkable to a gorgeous beach, and dog friendly! The kitchen was well stocked and it included plenty of bathroom towels. The check in/out process was professional. We would love to book this vacation again.

Disappointed in many aspects of rental company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an incident where a tree limb fell on our car. Of course the management company is not responsible for something such as a tree limb falling on our car. However, when I called the management company to let them know, hoping that I would get someone who might point us to the property facilities or someone in the area which might could help with the incident, I was laughed at by the employee of the management rental company (Lisa L.). She acted like I was an idiot to turn to the rental company for perhaps a suggestion as to where I might look for assistance in removing the limb from my car. I told her I didn't expect her to personally come and help but I thought they might have a suggestion as to who I might call for help. She said she had recently moved to the area and I was on my own to resolve the issue and hung up on me. I will not rent from this company again with employees who find it funny when something like this happens. The condo itself is very well furnished.

Beautifully updated condo

Nice condo with short walk to beach. Having two separate beds in the second bedroom worked great with two teenagers. Beautiful property with dining and shopping close by. Would stay here again in the future.

Nice Rental Property

Staff was quick to respond to questions. Property was in a great location on the south end of the island. Check in was really easy. Unit could have been a little cleaner, but it was ok. I would go back.

My dog gives 4 paws up.

This condo is the best we have ever stayed in. The owners have done a beautiful job remodeling this unit. Nicely appointed with everything you need. Short minute walk to pool and beach. Thank you for allowing us to bring our fur baby.

Fabulous vacation

He whole unit was upgraded and done with impeccable taste. I would love to stay there again next summer. Everyone at Amelia rentals was extremely helpful! Went out of their way

I cannot speak to this property because it flooded the day of our arrival. That being said, Amelia rentals helped make it right. They moved us to a larger rental. The downside is that the other rental was facing a construction site. Eventually they upgraded to a premium ocean front apartment, which was extremely nice. We did have a great stay as the apartments were very clean and cared for. Both apartments were only steps from the beach and Amelia Rentals kept in constant contact to update us. Understandably, things happen and they tried their best to make us happy.

Massive water leak

We reported a bad water leak from the units above. We lost half a day “entertaining” the insurance adjuster and ServPro who set up two huge dehumidifiers and 5 fans that sounded like an airport. The rental company told us the owners were more important than the renters. The end of our trip was completely ruined. NEVER AGAIN

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had a wonderful 5 week stay at this property! It was clean and well-stocked with comfy beds, good lighting, nice furnishings and quite a few convenient touches such as a work desk (not shown in photos) hooks for jackets, beach chairs and towels, lighted makeup mirrors, etc. The only thing missing was a full- length mirror (a common complaint of mine 😊) which we purchased and left for others guests. We loved and used the fireplace daily as it was quite chilly while we were there. The pool area - although deserted this time of year - was absolutely beautiful and would be ideal in warmer weather. One thing to note- although this is a 1st floor unit, it is elevated above the parking garage and as such, there are a number of steps to navigate to get to your private entrance. Not a problem for us but something to consider if anyone in your party has mobility issues. Overall, just a really nice property that we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
