Escape the ordinary and unwind in style on the beautiful beaches of Amelia Island. This home was designed with vacationing in mind! Our first-floor unit, part of Seagate Condos (a small four-unit building that enjoys one of the closest to the ocean lots on Amelia Island!), features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with extremely comfortable furnishings. The Master boasts Bali inspired decor, equipped with a king size bed and luxury linens/pillows so you can rest the night away. The guest room- a cozy queen with a true, beach cottage feel. Relax in the evenings in the fully upgraded bathroom which features a Jacuzzi tub, marble tile and quartz countertop sink. Enjoy the open concept living room and kitchen showcasing white quartz countertops, new appliances, and white cabinets with lots of light filtering in through the two large glass sliding doors. Relax on our comfy, Pottery Barn sectional backdropped by a beachy shiplap wall and enjoy one of your favorite Netflix films to close out a relaxing day on the beach.

Retreat through one of the sliding doors to your own large, private oceanfront deck. Lounge in the hammock in the shade, have happy hour on the outdoor sectional, enjoy our *new* gas fire pit while listening to the ocean waves, or host a dinner party at the solid teak table which seats six. Cook your own dinner and pick your fresh herbs from one of our well-maintained, raised garden beds, or have our private chef come cook in for you and your guests! Enjoy your morning coffee in one of two large lounge chairs with cushioned ottoman overlooking the dunes and listening to the sound of the waves (keep an eye out for the gopher turtles- mornings are when they love to make an appearance in the dunes!).

Stroll down your private beach access and enjoy one of the least crowded beaches in Northeast Florida. Enjoy shark teeth hunting? You have found your spot as this area is known as a "honey hole" for shark teeth! A short walk on the beach puts you at 2 great beachfront restaurants. Outdoor enthusiast? As part of your stay, we include usage of our THREE ocean kayaks as well as our soft top surfboard and paddleboard. There is nothing better than a calm morning on the ocean! Golfers? Great! As part of your stay you will also enjoy access to the exclusive ā€œThe Golf Club of Amelia Islandā€ and their immaculate 18-hole championship golf course which also hosts the famous ā€œConcours Deā€™ Eleganceā€ (based on availability/guest fees apply). Our condo is also a short 5-minute drive from historic downtown Fernandina Beach where you can enjoy some of the finest restaurants in Northeast Florida!

This beach condo is truly one of a kind. Unlike most condos, there are no stairs or elevators along your route to get to the beach. Just walk out the back door, and you're there! Another favorite feature of ours is the large deck out back. Where most people have a balcony with a couple of chairs, our beachfront deck is large enough to house an outdoor sectional, two large lounge chairs with an ottoman, a teak table that seats six, a hammock, and 3 raised garden beds. You won't want to spend any time inside!!

Amelia Island is a dream vacation spot. It is truly one of the most beautiful islands in the world and is filled with fantastic beaches, restaurants, and southern charm. We have fallen in love, and we are sure you will too!

This was our second time staying at this property, and it's terrific! The furnishings are great and very comfortable. The apartment is sparkling clean and well-equipped with all the essential supplies (paper towels, dishwashing soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). The large deck is fabulous -- a great spot to relax and enjoy the view, especially the spectacular sunrises. The host provides an excellent supply of information prior to arrival and is quick to respond to questions. We definitely will return again and highly recommend this property!

This condo is absolutely charming. Perfect location being right on the beach and close to charming downtown Fernandina. Itā€™s so nicely decorated and the covered deck is awesome. We loved it being pet friendly as our golden had the time of his life. We will be coming back again!

Beautiful condo right on the beach. We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. The walk to the beach was super close and all the beach supplies at the condo was amazing. Absolutely the BEST experience ever!!! The unit was beautiful, the deck is everything you would want, and best stocked vacation rental I have ever had. Access to the beach was a breezeā€¦ even for someone with bad knees. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions. Definitely going to make this a permanent place to stay for all future vacations! This week was exactly what I needed!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach bungalow! The communication with the host was excellentā€”responsive and helpful from start to finish. Wonderful stay! The unit had everything promised, was clean and spacious. Loved being right on the beach and the large deck was great with lots of comfy seating. They have thought of everything right down to shower gel! This was our first trip to Amelia Island and Ashley was so helpful giving us options for dinner, etc. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront unit in Fernandina Beach! The condo was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and just a short walk to the beachā€”such a perfect location. It had everything we needed and more, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host was friendly and incredibly responsive whenever we needed anything, which we really appreciated.The only minor drawbacks were that the king bed sheets had a few small rips, and there was only one mirror in the entire unit, which made getting a family of 4 ready a bit tricky at times. That said, those were very small issues in an otherwise fantastic experience.We loved our time here and will definitely be staying again!

Mother's Day Beach Getaway

We had an amazing Mother's Day weekend! You can't beat the location of this adorable place. The beach access is so easy and so close. We were able to sit on the large deck and enjoy the sounds of the ocean each morning. Everything you need is there. The only thing we missed were more mirrors. With 4 ladies getting ready, we needed more mirrors than the one in the bathroom, but that doesn't stop me from rating this with 5 stars! We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place on the Ocean

My wife and I stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo was clean, bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was nice.The owners supplied plenty of beach gear and even two kayaks which unfortunately we did not get the chance to use.It is in a great location, right on the beach and just a few miles from Fernandina.

Visiting family in Jacksonville

We loved the place had a great time. The only thing we did not like was it is not convenient for dogs due to the fact the beach is the only place to take the dogs for potty break. It may be a little inconvenient but we drove down to beach parking area and walked the dogs their if we didn't want to get all sandy. Really enjoyed our stay just thought a note about that would have been helpful.

Great Location!

We went for the location on the beach and were not disappointed. A few short steps and you're on one of the nicest beaches around. We felt like we owned the place. Also spent a lot of time on the patio/deck which was very comfortable and private. Unit was very clean and modern. Great for a a couple or small family. We had a great stay and would stay there again.

Just immaculate!

This is a really wonderful place. The location is just gorgeous. One thing that really stands out is that all the towels, all the dinnerware, everything seems brand new and carefully selected with excellent taste. Weā€™ve rented all over the world, and the cupboards often seem to be a mish mash of everything every renter has left behind. It was a real pleasure to be in a place that felt like a home, not just a rental. Another standout was the outdoor area with a variety of comfortable seating - couch, chairs, dining table. All pieces of comfort and quality - not just the typical plastic Adirondack chairs in the blazing sun. And one last thing - Ashley, the owner was very email attentive. When I had a problem with a window (my fault), Ashley had a handy man at the apartment within the hour. Thanks, Ashley for a lovely stay. Weā€™ll be back.

Ultimately Comfortable

We have stayed in many rental properties over the years, and Seagate is one of our favorites. Its open floor plan afforded spacious relaxation without wasting space. The renovated kitchen was easy to use and well-equipped. The bathroom was spotless and accommodating. The king-sized bed has inspired us to try to match its comfort in our own home! And then there was the deck/patio! Warming our toes on the sun-drenched boards on an early March morning was delightful, and the out door sofa was the perfect napping spot for a warm afternoon, the partially covered deck providing sun or shade and the ability to dodge the wind at will. Our dog spent most of her time there sunning and worrying about the bunnies in the dunes (Hah!) while squadrons of pelicans entertained us overhead. If we ever have the opportunity to go to Fernandina Beach again, we will definitely try for a stay at Seagate! Thanks so much for sharing it with us!

We initially met while Brian was living on Amelia Island in a small, 800sqft condo on the beach (ironically enough, in Seagate Condominiums). Ever since then, Amelia Island has held a special place in our hearts. We always dreamed of owning a place on the island and reserving it as a special getaway for us to retreat to either alone or with friends. Fast forward to 2019, our home in Atlantic Beach caught fire leading us to hop around for over a year while it was being rebuilt! One stop in our ventures was Seagate Condominiums, Brian's former stomping grounds. We noticed a unit was up for sale and we couldn't pass it up. Since then, our beach house has become our home away from home. We love it dearly and hope you will too!

This beach condo is truly one of a kind. Unlike most condos, there are no stairs or elevators along your route to get to the beach. Just walk out the back door, and you're there! Another favorite feature of ours is the large deck out back. Where most people have a balcony with a couple of chairs, our beachfront deck is large enough to house an outdoor sectional, two large lounge chairs with an ottoman, a teak table that seats six, a hammock, and 3 raised garden beds. You won't want to spend any time inside!!
