Had a bad experience i guess it happens. Overall beautiful place. Did not like the A/C being overran by google nest. Also unsure of the the ring doorbell cam and who was watching us come and go. The floors were a little dirty when we arrived sand and dirt. Need something better for cleaning floors. The worst part was bed bugs and working with Casago and getting a hold of people. Then not being refunded or being offered assistance.

My favorite stay!

This property is amazing! It was the best stay we ever had a VRBO property. It is nicely located across the street from a park that has beach access and is pet friendly. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the beds were very comfortable. The living room couch and ottoman are heavenly! The A/C and fans all worked great. Overall a fantastic property.

Great Property and Location

This was a spacious condo, much bigger than the photos show. Lots of room for my 5 adult kids to spread out. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything they needed to cook and eat. Location was a short walk through a park area to the beach and easy access to see the sights in St. Augustine. We will definitely book this property next time we visit Gramma in St. Augustine.

Great Relaxing Get-a-way

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We traveled South to escape the snow and ice and Ocean Reef provided a welcome relief. The unit was well equipped and very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and St. Augustine. The screened-in back porch was a delight to relax, read and enjoy the sun. I had a nice time walking our small dog up and down A1A Beach Blvd. The proximity to Old Town St. Augustine without being in the traffic flow was very appealing. Recommend it for a pleasant time at St. Augustine Beach.
