We had a great time staying at Brian’s villa. Their team did a good job helping us make bookings for dinners, excursions, and transportation. The house was even better than described and would definitely stay here again.

PARADISE

BOOK THIS PLACE RIGHT NOW. We felt like royalty in our own private resort! The ENTIRE place, every bedroom, every pool is pristine! The manager Brian and the concierge Pablo are invaluable to this place. They are quick to respond, flexible, and above accommodating! They got us and our guests with car rentals, golf cart rentals, airport transportation, and a private dinner. They helped us set up a vow renewal and allowed 20 of our friends and family to stay which was MAGICAL and most of all, stress free. The grocery and liquor store is right at the bottom of the hill and was a 5 minute golf cart ride to downtown Tamarindo. Loved every second we spent here.

Fabulous Week

Beautiful, spacious house, amazing views, delicious food, good service. We enjoyed our stay despite the rainy days. Our concierge was always checking if we needed anything. We had a great time!

Casa Bali is truly a unique property - it is as stunning as a masterful art museum and as comfortable as a home. The views are remarkable, especially at sunset. The kitchen opens into the living room and onto the pool deck - so everyone can stay connected in the shared living spaces. Angela was outstanding in assisting us and organizing our stay.

Extraordinary property!

Casa Bali is such a special property for large groups. Our group was all adults, so separate guest suites were very important for comfort and privacy, but this property would also be perfect for large groups including kids as they will provide extra beds upon request. The gated community aspect added a sense of security and the addition of golf carts was a fun "must" for getting around Tamarindo. The delicious breakfasts prepared by the staff were a great way to start each day with ease. I can't say enough good things about our stay. Most importantly, Andrea's concierge services helped to make our Costa Rican adventure fun and flawless--her recommendations were spot on and she arranged everything we wanted to do, from meals to fishing to catamaran cruises and all transportation in between. Speaking of meals, our Costa Rican BBQ welcome dinner prepared by a "local mama" chef and her son was the best food we had of our entire stay--highly recommend!

Casa Bali is OUTSTANDING

Our family reunion trip to Tamarindo was a great experience. Casa Bali is an incredible home and a perfect fit for our group of 17 people. The rooms and living areas are amazing and the pool area was our favorite gathering spot. The staff was attentive in every way and made our stay totally carefree. The service from the house concierge manager, Andrea Hildago, was excellent. She arranged excursions for us that we will never forget. Andrea was accessible from the beginning of our correspondence ahead of our trip and she took the time to listen and understand the composition of our group. Her suggestions and arranged outings, transportation, and dinners were absolutely perfect for our family. Her attention to detail was impressive. Every event and dinner exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Casa Bali, Andrea Hildago, and Brian King (King By The Sea property management company) if you are looking for a memorable vacation holiday in Tamarindo Guanacaste Costa Rica. Pura Vida!

Family Gathering

Our trip included 4 generations - age 6 months to 86 years! The house worked beautifully for us all! The staff was flexible with our breakfast times and noticed an issue with an A/C unit even before we did and remedied it quickly! The star of the show was Andrea! She was an amazing concierge working with me for months ahead to arrange for golf carts, transportation, cooks, chefs, groceries and activities. AND... when we had last minute changes Andrea was immediately responsive to help make necessary alterations! It was a wonderful trip! The house and staff made it amazing for us all! Thank you Casa Bali!

Incredible Property and Service

There's no way to communicate how over the top this property is. Pictures do it no justice and the team on site day after day are practically invisible yet perform daily services that are incredible. The location and scenery are also amazing with a direct view of marvelous Tamarindo sunset. Andrea is the concierge and all her recommendations were spot on. We highly recommend the ranch ATV/Zip line activity. Any issues are dealt with immediately and professionally. Absolutely no negative issues whatsoever. Highly recommend!

Amazing multigenerational family vacation

We had such a great time @ Casa Bali last week. You made us feel completely @ home. Andrea we know it wasn't easy accommodating all 18 of us, so we thank you from the bottom of our heart. We made such beautiful memories. Thank you for your hospitality, helpful information prior to arriving and arranging all the wonderful excursions that accommodated the wide variety of interests of our family. Brian, Andrea and the staff, our family and the beautiful property with its magnificent view helped make our 60th anniversary perfect!

Birthday Trip

I celebrated my birthday with 15girlfriends at Villa Bali. It was an Epic trip. Everything I wanted I got and more! Everyone was so nice and thoughtful. I wanted a hammock, and one appeared! I was surprised. The team managing this property and my entire trip, Andrea in particular was excellent. I’m looking forward to working with her on another trip! I’ll definitely be back! I wish I could say much more to show my gratitude. Best birthday ever! I highly recommend the local mama meals prepared on site especially the Costa Rican BBQ!! Best at home yoga! Best deep tissue massages of my life! I recommend getting the golf carts!

Fantastic House

Casa Bali was amazing! A beautiful house in a very fun and safe town. The house was just stunning...better than the pictures. Watching sunsets was spectacular. Everything was clean and 100% functional. The staff were superb. Andrea is the concierge and she was so helpful lining up our transportation, cooks and activities. Additionally, we accidentally forgot a piece of luggage at the airport and she spent hours on the phone and coordinated it safely to house. We were all very appreciative of her time and effort to pull this off. The cook and butler service that she arranged were so friendly and delivered excellent drinks, appetizers and meals. Brian is the property manager and was very helpful in booking our trip and checking in our needs. The town really surprised us in the most pleasant way. Tamarindo is very clean, safe and friendly. We really enjoyed the restaurants and beach bars. Getting to them on the golf carts was just 5 minutes. The beach is great. I recommend a beach massage and of course surfing. We had never surfed before, but we learned relatively quickly and enjoyed the small waves for beginners. We enjoyed the town better than Papagayo which I didn't expect. Just a fantastic week for our family. We will be coming back!!!

18th birthday trip

Words cannot express this beautiful place! I will have to say it is not only because the beautiful sunsets but the incredible staff. I had to think twice on having the local cook come in on our arrival date and I am so glad that I decided to go with the option. THEY ARE AMAZING! So much that I had them cook multiple times. That is called vacation. Thank you Andrea for setting this all up!

Simply amazing

We had a group of 21 friends recently Visit Casa Bali and what a wonderful time we had. From the start Brian was a a wonderful host. Andrea welcomed us and helped us plan the best meals, boat ride,ATV and other experiences. The ladies and gents who keep the house wonderful and make the meals were so sweet and welcoming. Sandra and Tito ate the names I remember right now but everyone was so sweet. Be aware that there is definitely a hill to walk up to get to the front entrance but we managed by taking our time. The grounds and rooms are gorgeous. You will not be disappointed!

Stunning Views and Amazing Staff

Our family of 14 had the best time at Casa Bali! So many unforgettable memories were made! The views from the infinity pool were absolutely stunning! A HUGE thank you to Andrea who did a spectacular job in booking dinner reservations, the most fun excursions, and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay! She made our planning process completely stress free! The house staff was also amazing! Casa Bali was sparkly clean and we really appreciated the efforts to keep it that way during our stay. Our stay at Casa Bali was more than we could have ever dreamed of. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Just Fabulous

Can't say enough great things about Brian, our property manager who visited several times, our concierge Andrea who is a real gem and went above and beyond on making sure we were taken care of and the staff Ana, Jocelyn, Dennis and Tino. Andrea helped with arrival, departure, setting up excursions, taxi's, golf carts. Couldn't have been a better vacation. Perfect house for a big family.

Great place for a large group

Our group of friends and children had a blast at Casa Bali. We spent all our time out by the pool, making such special memories. The staff was so sweet and helpful. The breakfast prepared everyday was delicious . Andrea the concierge made every dream come true for our group.

Spring Break Trip

Our crew of 4 families totaling 18 people, with kids ranging from 6 years old to 17, had an incredible trip. The house and pools were fantastic, easy drive down into Tamarindo, and fantastic amenities. Andrea, the concierge helping us with this property, did a great job helping us organize transportation, surfing lessons, dinner reservations, private in house dinners for 6 of our 7 nights, as well as a rainforest excursion and private lunch and waterfall swimming trip on the same day. The breakfast/cleaning crew were great, as was the family that came in for our dinners. Food was delicious.. Great memories were made! Strongly recommended property:)

The owner built this house beginning in 2007 with the idea of using it exclusively for he and his family. Once the house was completed he decided to place the home on the market for rental in between traveling.
