The property and host were excellent! House was nice and clean and the directions and check in instructions were great. The host was in constant communication with us before, during, and after our stay. We cannot say enough good things about Dianna, the house mom, she was great! She cooked breakfast for us everyday and kept the house nice and clean.

Our group of nine loved this place! Diana was the best house mom. She took great care of us! She made the best breakfast, snacks and drinks. I would recommend preordering food and then go to a grocery store to restock.

Best trip!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Uana! The house is beautiful and was a perfect layout for our group (3 families with young toddlers and babies). The pre-trip communication was seamless and Elsa was very helpful in planning our activities. Our house mom, Diana, was lovely and made it feel like a real vacation. I would absolutely book this house or with Stay at Tamarindo again.

Our stay at Villa Uana was outstanding. The property, the service, the amenities were all top shelf. Our family enjoyed the beach, the wildlife, the pool and the food. We even were able to celebrate with the people “annexation day”. Wonderful stay. Hard to leave. Pura Vida

Had a wonderful trip once again. Forth time in 3 years. Only complaint is the road to hacienda pinella Not the worst deal. Just wish it was nicer.

There were many pluses. I want to start with Diana. She made our visit lovely while in the house. She was a great cook! And made the best drinks and snacks. She also kept the place clean, did laundry, and responded so well to our requests. Diana really is the best.The house layout was ideal for our group as well. The part we didn’t foresee was the poor road conditions. To make matters more complicated, several roads were closed during our visit which made traveling unpleasant. And we had to adjust our plans after learning that electricity would be turned off for 7 hours one of the days of our trip.Diana is worth considering this place however I recommend getting a driver to move around if you’re unfamiliar with driving in poor road conditions. With all the construction in the area, I expect the roads will improve significantly in time which should vastly improve the overall experience for house guests.

We loved the home - with 6 bedrooms we were able to accommodate our 10 people. Elsa was wonderful in recommending and setting up activities. Diana was the very best house mom. She prepared amazing breakfasts and kept the house spotless. We loved having the golf carts as we went to the beach in them as well as golf, pickleball,

Villa Uana review

Beautiful property and home. Six bedrooms 6 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms with in suite bathroom. Very comfortable king size beds with separate air conditioners in each room for individual control Filtered water dispenser. Diana “house mom” was such a special treat and took care of cooking, laundry, cleaning etc. Elsa, the property manager was very attentive and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to visit this property again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. The house is spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained — perfect for a relaxing vacation in Costa Rica.A very special part of our experience was Diana, who helped us throughout our stay. She kept everything perfectly clean, did our laundry, and prepared delicious breakfasts every morning. Diana is kind, warm, and truly pleasant to be around. Her care and attention made our stay feel even more comfortable and welcoming.We also want to mention Elsa, the concierge, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She assisted us with organizing all of our activities and made everything easy and stress-free. Communicating with her was always a pleasure, and we truly appreciated her support.

We LOVED this house!!

Our family of 11 (all adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean, exactly as pictured, and had everything we needed. Diana, daily house keeper, cooked us breakfast any morning we desired and even prepared an authentic Costa Rican breakfast one morning. She did our laundry and cleaned daily. We had one maintenance issue to report that occurred outside with an electrical outlet that shorted out due to storms (did not impact our stay) and they were prompt to arrive and address. Hacienda Pinilla is outside the busy Tamarindo area but a quick commute (20 mins). We felt safe at all times. We enjoyed being able to walk the roads inside the resort and look for the monkeys. We ate dinner at the JW Marriott a couple of evenings which is inside the resort and a quick 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again!

True Paradise

This was a perfect house for our stay! From the time of booking Elsa was helping me plan every aspect of our stay. She always responded quickly and her help was invaluable to the wonderful time we had there. While i was there through whats app she would respond immediately to all my messages. I traveled here with two other families. We had 6 children under 6 and 2 infants. The house was so comfortable for everyone and Diana the house mom was so amazing!! She keeps the house spotless during your stay and did our light laundry everyday. Making it a TRUE vacation. She also cooks breakfast everyday. We decided to go get the Groceries ourselves but looking back we would have done the upgrade where they provided the groceries.

This was a fabulous stay. Our coordinator Elsa was on top of everything and very helpful with our needs and answering all our questions. She even came over from her office as I had asked if we could meet her as she was so nice. We had a housemother with us Diana, she perfectly cooked our breakfast as we asked and made our entire stay the best of a lifetime. She kept the house clean and tidy for us, was not intrusive into our everyday life but always there when we needed her. We had a 12 year old with us and we were playing in the pool, she went and blew up some pool toys for us to play with and we did not ask she was fulfilling our needs to make us have a more beautiful trip. There is laundry equipment in the home and is excellent condition. Everything worked perfectly. The dinind area had plenty of room for all 10 of us with room for more people. The host Elsa also helped us book the drivers, cars and golf carts we needed as well as booking the tours we needed. They were alll excellent tours and beyond anything we dreamed of. If you are looking for a place to stay in Costa Rica Tamarindo this is the place for you and your family. We loved it.
