Welcome to 13106 Pelican Watch, a gorgeous, 2nd floor villa on Pelican Beach. This villa offers amazing sunsets, uncompromising views of the Atlantic Ocean and Edisto River, and a boardwalk to a very quiet Seabrook beach. Watch the shrimp boats head out looking to fill their nets, the dolphin jump while they chase fish, or a sailboat glide under the power of the wind. From the moment you enter this villa, you will feel the stress of life "beyond the gate" disappear.

Enter and notice the soft gray wainscot paneling that surrounds the hall and living area. Old time swimsuits in blues and whites are framed and line the hall wall. Hardwood flooring is underfoot. The living area has soaring cathedral ceilings finished in a natural wood paneling. Sliding doors invite steaming sunlight and offer a view to the water beyond. The furnishings in navy and white with red accents and whimsical sea creatures remind you that you are at the shore. Family and friends will enjoy relaxing in the comfortable seating. There is a large HDTV and DVD for viewing your favorite show. However the TV does not stream. The dining table with bright red chairs seats 4. The kitchen has granite counters, white wainscot cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. New dishes, utensils, small appliances, and cookware, as well as a washer and dryer in the laundry closet complete the space.

Down the hall is a full bath complete with granite counters, and a tile shower. This is perfect for those extra guests with whom you'll be sharing your Seabrook time. The master bedroom is a lovely retreat. Again, the soft gray, navy and white color palette continues providing a soothing backdrop for your relaxing vacation. The king bed has high quality linens and there is an en suite bath with an extra large shower with a rain shower head for your use.

The deck overlooks the Edisto River with views to the ocean. The beach is quiet and close to Camp St. Christopher. With hundreds of acres of natural landscape just beyond your villa, you will feel like you have left the world behind. But you also are very close to the amazing Seabrook Island amenities. A short .5 miles from this villa is the Seabrook Island House where you can enjoy a meal with ocean views in the Palmetto Room or Bohicket Lounge, or check in for your tee time on the two Seabrook golf courses, Crooked Oak and Ocean Winds. Across from the clubhouse is Beach Club (seasonal) with its two oceanfront swimming pools, beachfront chaises and the Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is available for purchase with this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).
