This beautifully remodeled two-story condo is flooded with natural light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy outdoor dining on the deck with a convenient BBQ, or explore the area on one of the eight provided bicycles.

Great location

My family loved our stay at Mt. View 35. The grass in the backyard was a major plus for the kids. Walking distance to Sharc and easy walk/bike ride to the village. Would stay here again!

LOVED our stay here!

We had the best time in the condo! Beautiful views and green space for our kids to play. Amazing location to the SHARC and Sunriver Village. Loved that we had bikes included with the condo to ride all around. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location

Easy check in and out process. Location was amazing…quiet and right on the golf course with lots of grassy area for our kids to play right out the back door. Cabin clean and with all necessities, could use some upgrading, but really was a great place to sleep as otherwise we were out playing and exploring. Will definitely be back!

Empty nest getaway

Great sunny location but still feel secluded amongst the pine trees. Deck is offset from neighbors so very private meals outside. Nice amenities with bikes and SHARC passes and easy to bike or walk to Village, SHARC or the marina. Will definitely rent this unit again

Lovely location

The house is within walking distance to SHARC. It had a great layout for our family and provided a wonderful space to relax, play games, and unwind. It was not too far from The Village. It was quiet and we never heard our neighbors.

4 nite stay

Great location less than 5 min walk to SHARC. Good layout of house, 4 the. The a/c didn't work great, we were comfortable as outside weather wasn't too warm. Comfortable king in master, guests upstairs mentioned mattresses were a bit too hard for their comfort. Nice neighbors with Mia the dog and Gato the 🐱. Thank you for allowing us to stay!!

The availability of the bikes for our teenagers and easy access to the pool, trails and skiing made this an affordable week long stay.

They put me in this adorable little condo, with AMAZING views and in walking distance to Sharc where I was working for the weekend. I now know to call Cascara when I need a place in Sunriver.

The townhouse was clean and had all the amenities. Nice having bikes available although the youngest in our party was 18. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 stayed here and enjoyed it. The location is excellent, right on a bike path, near SHARC and the Village. The house is in a complex and the outside space has neighbors close. The house was generally in good shape, though The deck needs to be replaced and the A/C does not work well upstairs. And lastly, the cost is a bit high for what it is. If you're good with all that then this is a nice place.

Just a Perfect Vacation

We arrived after 6pm but picked up the keys from the office. Someone had cut new keys which didnt work. However I called the office and they sent over the old set within a few minutes. That was the only glitch to overall great week. The unit was as listed and comfortable. The addition of the bikes were a bonus and we enjoyed them. Great location with a wonderful view of Mt. Bachelor. The weather was great. The only downside was the Covid restrictions in the village with restaurants. We had a relaxing time and look forward to returning again in the future. I highly recommend this unit.

35 Mountain View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation and loved the condo. The living room furniture and deck furniture is OK. Everything else is great. Very well stocked kitchen. Only comment would be - take your own pillows with you. None of us could use the pillows which seem to be original to the condo built in 1972! We went to Costco and bought pillows for our stay! That was the only glitch. View is exceptional!!! A 2 minute walk from SHARC if you're interested in using that facility. Such a handy location to the Lodge and the Village. We loved it.

Great Location, excellent service.

The location was perfect, especially for people that have kids that want to use the SHARC. It was clean and well cared for, and the neighbors were awesome! There was amble storage and the bedrooms were clean and spacious. Importantly (to us!) the AC worked well! The property could use a little bit of upgrade, especially the bathrooms, they seemed a bit dated. Also, it's listed a suitable for 8, which is true, 8 people could sleep there, but the bathrooms, common area and kitchen would be really cramped. A couple of minor things to address: The barbecue wasn't functioning well, the window blinds are broken (but still functional), we couldn't find a pot large enough to cook spaghetti, and there is no dust pan. There were some tiny bits of broken glass in the kitchen - not something to be alarmed at, way under the cabinets where housekeeping could easily miss it, but we discovered it when looking for something that had fallen on the floor. We cleaned as best we could, but a dust pan would have made it much easier!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice but had one MAJOR problem, it doesn't have a door code or lock box, just a key to the main, and only door AND the door automatically closes and locks behind you (unless you turn the lock to unlock it) which we were not told about. We arrived on a Friday night, went out to unload the car, and locked ourselves out. The office was closed and they had to drive in from Bend to unlock the door which took 45 min. Thank goodness one of us had our phone on us. We had to wait outside, dogs inside, until they arrived. We ended up being an hour late to a wedding because there was no other way into the house. This unit needs either a door code lock or lock box!

Sunriver Tee Side Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great! Close to the SHARC and right on a Tee Box so it was like watching the golf channel live! There were several bikes available in the garage those many need tune ups. The kitchen is very small and could use some new silverware and more mugs. The supply of towels was quite limited and it would have been nice to have more as well as some pool towels. The beds and bedding were quite dated and not very comfortable. An upgrade in this area would go a long ways for enticing returning guests. The discount golf is not for a course in the Sunriver community which we found odd. We saw deer and lots of other wild life near the condo. It is right by a walking/ biking path which was awesome. The space is great for dogs but it would be even better if there were some extra amenities to accommodate pets (including pick up bags). Lastly, the garbage instructions were kind of confusing. Overall it was a great stay and a fair price for the accommodations. I believe you could get a higher rate if you did some minor upgrades to bedding and towels.

Thanks for letting us know about your stay at Mt View Lodge 35. This home is fairly new to our program so we do appreciate the feedback! The Sunriver golf courses are public courses but do not offer discounts to anyone that isn't staying with the lodge, all Sunriver property management companies have partnerships with golf courses outside of Sunriver. We have asked housekeeping to take a look at the coffee mugs and silverware and make sure that there is enough in the home. We will discuss the bedding and pool towels with the owners for sure!
