Shagbark #12 you'll provide all the comforts of home while you and your family are on vacation. This reverse living split level is perfect for your next getaway.

Upstairs you will find the spacious living room with an inviting fireplace and a smart flat screen TV with cable, a Blu-ray player, and a VCR. The perfect place to enjoy a movie during the brisk winter nights while you sit in front of the gas fireplace. Adjoining the living area are the kitchen, the dining area, and multiple access to the deck.
The kitchen is well-appointed and sure to be a huge hit. Gathering around the kitchen island while the family cook makes a special dinner will definitely be the talk for years to come. Enjoy that dinner either in the dining area or outside on the deck. The deck is also equipped with a BBQ. Perfect for the grill master. in the morning, make yourself a cup of coffee, sit outside, and enjoy the stunning view.


In the primary bedroom upstairs, you will enjoy the comforts of a king size bed, a flat screen TV with cable, a DVD player, private access to the upper deck. The spacious bathroom has dual vanities, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Downstairs, you will find two more bedrooms, a bathroom, and the laundry room. Bedroom #2 has two twin/twin bunkbeds. The room also has a flat-screen TV with cable and a Blu-ray player. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed, a flat screen TV with cable, and a Blu-ray player.

Shagbark #12 has A/C, so you will not have to worry about battling the heat during the summer months.

Enjoy a game of ping pong, found in the garage. Also for your enjoyment, there are 4 bikes to cruise around the 33+ miles of bike paths in Sunriver.
After a long day of bike riding, be sure to enjoy the hot tub under the beautiful night sky.

The home provides 8 Unlimited SHARC passes, providing access to the SHARC, tennis, pickleball, the marina, and disc golf.

Your two family dogs are welcome for an additional fee.

The house was well appointed and clean. The kitchen is a bit snug (we like to cook), and the living room could use one more chair or sofa. It is in a residential neighborhood outside of Sunriver, so be prepared to drive into the village. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have booked this home several years. It’s in a great location, and in a quiet place. Not far from the store or fort rock, really not far from anything really. We always bike ride the entire Sunriver area. We have gone to the falls as well. This year we flared the river. Perfect home for our family of 7.

The rental worked well for us. Some of the blinds and sliders did not work. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and sharp knives. I’d give this house an 8 mainly because of wear and tear and look of deck and stairs front and back.

We liked the separation of master suite on 2nd level from other bedrooms on lower level, shaded grass area to play corn hole (ours), and location of home. Areas that need improvement: blinds in master bedroom need replacement, hallway carpet on 2nd level by stairs is quite wrinkled (tripping hazard) and should either be stretched or replaced, and hot tub wouldn’t keep a constant temperature. Sunriver is a great place to vacation with family. There were absolutely no fire works heard durning our stay over Independence Day.

Ski Trip

This property was just the right amount of everything for our family. The location was quiet and remote but close enough to Sunriver village and Mt Bachelor Ski Resort to make it very convenient. The hot tub was very nice to have, the kitchen was well equipped, the living room was comfortable and warm, the bedrooms were comfortable and clean. We had a little trouble with the upstairs TV and cable/sat. The upstairs TV needs to be bigger and there is some updating that needs to take place, but overall very satisfied.

The only issue this one time for some reason the landscape people came at 7am during the week with their lawn mower and blower and did blow debris where our vehicles were parked. I have never had this issue before so I’m not sure why it happened this time.

Great dog friendly vacation rental

Family friendly home with amenities

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, close to bike paths. We enjoyed a walk each morning. This was our first stay in SunRiver and close to activities in Bend and Sisters. The addition of air conditioning was a life saver, with triple digit temps. We enjoyed the SHARK passes which also allowed us to launch our tubes at the Marina to float the river, getting out at the footbridge. The boys were entertained with ping pong. We loved sitting out on the deck and use of the hot tub. The large fridge held food for 8 for a week. I would not have packed my crockpot if I'd known there was one provided. And I would have packed reusable pods for the Keurig, had I known there was one. I found the extra options for pillows at the end of our visit, when it was too late. The fan in the bedroom was a nice option. The rules for pets were reasonable. We brought our own sheet to cover the bed. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a lovely week in SunRiver!

Quiet location, comfy house

I really enjoyed the house. Comfy bed, comfy couches. We didn’t have hot water our first night, but they got someone out the next morning.

It’s in a great area, quiet and not far from the store if you need something quick it’s only a few minute bike ride. Always see deer. I do like they added double bunk beds and a ping pong table to the home. The only thing that would have been nice would have been to be able to use the tennis court that abuts the property. It was locked and only for members.

A side note is that this home is definitely starting to be dated and needing some updates. Linings are showing wear, coffee maker needs to be replaced, kitchen knifes are terrible, window blinds are worn out and don't work properly are just to name a few issue. With that said, this home is a solid rental. Location is awesome: close to Fort Rock, the grocery store, Woodlands golf course, north sunriver, and a straight shot to the the Sharc. The home has no A/C. Can be a issue in the hot months.

Everything about this house was exactly as stated. Location was at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Great grassy yard. Perfect for our family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time staying at Shagbark 12. The hot tub and ping pong table were a hit. The spacious decks were wonderful too. The layout of the home worked well for our group. And the location was great and close to everything. The cul de sac was perfect for the kids could to ride bikes safely. A couple things that would have been nice: cleaning supplies to wipe down counter tops, a sponge to wash dishes, a dust pan to use with the broom and, a portable A/C unit for the upstairs. It was uncomfortably warm and the small fans provided weren’t enough to keep the upstairs cool. Also the comforters and shams in the bunk room needed to be washed, not just flipped between stays.Overall, Shagbark 12 was a great home to stay in and we would definitely recommend it. Thank you :)

Family Friendly Getaway

This home VERY comfortably fit our family while in town for a tournament. We wished we had more time to ride bikes and swim! The home with packed with things to use and do. We loved the wrap around deck and back field area. Loved this home so much we are saving the listing and plan to come back and stay a week!
