What a beautiful condo! My family of 4, plus my sisters family of 3 had plenty of room for the whole week! This is our 3rd condo to stay in at this resort and it quickly became my favorite! The sunrises every morning were amazing!

Great stay overall

Lazy river and pool were great. bed was super comfy. Patio was great! Overlooked the pool.. washer and dryer in unit was awesome! Lots of cabinet space, and more than enough kitchen items to cook withā€¦ home away from home!

Perfect stay

We love staying at this resort and this was our first time staying at this property. 100% recommend. Place was clean and exactly as described. Good location with bay and pool views. Owner even sent out a list of places to eat, things to do, etc. My only ā€œcomplaintā€ is that there was no pen to sign the guestbook, and I didnā€™t have one, so we werenā€™t able to do that. I always enjoy reading about other peoples adventures!

This condo was beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle!

We had a blast! We had all adults on this trip and it was perfect for us, but even if we had kids with us it wouldā€™ve been perfect for them too! I loved the layout and the furniture, very accommodating for 5 adults!

Family Fun in the Sun!!

The condo was perfect!! Plenty of room for our family of five and the best location!! We've always rented houses when in the area so I was really nervous about the condo experience when we initially booked. Sp glad we did and hope to be back soon!!

Location and pools were great. Several restaurants close by. Floors weren't the cleanest. Communication could have been better but not a deal breaker. Would stay again.

Can't wait to come back!

We are a family of five and we could not have asked for a better place to stay to enjoy our vacation! The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean, and the outside amenities made our week! Our three teenage children enjoyed the amazing lazy river and hot tubs every night until close while my husband and I relaxed after days enjoying Destin and the beautiful beach! The Destin West beach area is so beautiful we felt no need to explore other beaches in the area (we were so thankful for the beach buggy and extras included with the condo!!). We truly cannot wait to figure out a time to come back!

Great Condo for Family Vacation

The Condo was in a great location. Close to Destin to visit and do activities, but a lot more peaceful. The Condo was as pictured if not better. The couches had been updated and that really was my only concern in the photos before booking that they looked to be worn down, but they ended up looking as though they had just replaced them and not taken new photos yet. There was enough space for our 3 kids and grandparents traveling with us which was nice. Extras that were there when we arrived like free standing fans, a large extra blanket, and extra pillows in the closet and items for the beach like chairs and the umbrella was a nice touch too. The AC works great and we were very glad we went with this 6 floor option over lower ones with the lazy river and pool so close. The lazy river was a little too cold for our older travelers but the kids didn't mind it. Next year we know to travel a few weeks later for the best temps but overall we had the best time and it was so nice to not have to worry about anything while we were staying there. This is a great host. We never had to contact them. Emails, checkin codes, and checkout policies arrived in our inbox well before we needed to ask for them. Lots of great restaurants nearby and it was nice not to have to pay for beach access and parking. Thanks for a wonderful stay with awesome amenities. We will for sure be looking into other rentals this family offers.

Great place to stay with access to the best of FWB

We enjoyed our stay. Destin 607 has really good access to beaches, dining and a short drive to Destin. The property met our needs really well. We will plan to come back.

Very nice

Very nice condo. Spacious and clean. Extra blankets would of been nice. The sliding door in the living room was difficult to open and close. People seemed to be disappointed that pools were not heated until the end of the week, as we were also. Cool overnights and the early sunset cooled the water. I was disappointed with the lack of anyone minding kids goofing off in the hot tubs. I know it should of been parents, but they didnā€™t care. But overall the condo and resort are beautiful and a wonderful location.

Costal vibe vacations is always a simple and easy process of renting a condo! David is perfect to work with his places are always clean and well maintained and if anything is wrong all you have to do is mention it and it will be fixed! Heron 607 is so beautiful it is the second time I have rented the same room! We love Destin! We love Costal vibe vacations! Thank so much for an another amazing vacation!! Plus the Lazy River is the best you will ever find anywhere!!

Family Vacation

The condo was great for our family. Very spacious! The pool and lazy River was a life saver since our 3 yr old got stung by a jellyfish in the ocean.
