Golf carts cannot be driven on sidewalks or HWY 98. Please use designated cart paths.
The speed limit is 12MPH in the resort and this applies to automobiles, golf carts, e=bikes and other motorized vehicles.
Golf carts and vehicles cannot be parked on the grass or in the road at any time. The HOA will impose a $100 violation if parked on the grass/in road.
Garbage can be placed on the curb during the hours of 6am and 9:45am daily. Garbage rules are strictly enforced by the HOA with a $100 if violated.
