This spacious 5-bedroom home is a great gathering place for large groups of family and friends.
1st floor features the Master Bedroom with private Bathroom, Kitchen, living room, Rose bedroom, Laundry and garage with Air Hockey. The Hot Tub is off the back deck.
Octopus Room, Seafoam Room, and Navy Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The viewing deck, Ping Pong Table, Kitchenette and Great Room and 3rd Bathroom are upstairs as well.

Main Level Bedrooms:

Master bedroom has a King bed as well and attached bathroom!
Rose Room #2 has a full bed
The house features an open kitchen, with plenty of space to cook with the family. The island has seating space as well.
The Dining Room has a 12-foot Table to seat everyone.
The end of the room features a wall-to-wall bar top with built in USB ports to accommodate everyone.
The Living Room is set with a large sectional with cloud comfort, fuzzy though blanket and pillows. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying your company.

Upper Level:

Seafoam #3 with queen bed
Navy #4 has queen and a twin.
Octopus Room #5 has 2 twin beds and a queen bed.
There is also a full bath on the upper level.

The upstairs Great Room has an oversized couch, several Armchairs and a Ping Pong table for extra family fun. The kitchenette is a great spot for food and drinks. The is a full dining table for eating a puzzling.

Large decks cover both levels of the house for taking in the Ocean air.
Just a short distance from the Pacific.

Outside there is a nice yard to play in or stretch out a blanket and relax! The beach access is just a short distance away.

You will have use of the whole house and the hot tub.

I am always here if you need me. I do plan on giving you your space, it is your vacation after all.

We stock 3 Rolls of Toilet paper in each bathroom and 2 rolls of Paper towels.
If you are staying longer, just reach out we are happy to bring additional items if you need them. :-)

Our house is in a quiet coast neighborhood. We do expect common respect of our neighbors and observe quiet times of 9 pm to 8 am.

A car is a great thing in this area. The Tillamook Wave is our local bus if you would rather go that route.
-Hot tub is available for use between 8AM-9PM
-No street Parking. All cars must be parked in the yard or driveway.
- Quiet Hours from 9 PM - 8 AM
- No Shoes inside Please
- No Smoking Anything inside
- Wash and put away dishes you use
- Wash and start towels drying upon check out
- The house has a briquette barbecue. You will need to provide the supplies if you plan to use it.

-Pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee per pet. Must be flea treated and all waste must be picked up. Please let us know.
- Dogs are not allowed on the beds and or other furniture.
- Dogs are not to be left alone in the home, they need to accompany you when you leave or be put into kennels.
- Please remember to clean up after they have used the restroom.

-No smoking, parties, or events
-Check-in is any time after 4PM and check out by 11AM
-Self check-in with the lockbox
- Quiet Hours from 9 PM -8 AM
-Please wash used towels and start them in the dryer upon departure.

- By booking you agree that there will be no refund or cancelation for Loss of internet, Appliance malfunctions, You or your group coming down with Covid, loss power, air quality, Storms, ice, snow, road conditions, other acts of God unless a state of emergency is declared for the location of the house.
