Enter by walking up the driveway and into the backyard through the carport screen door or along the walkway to the right of the carport. You'll see the shared patio and yard, with a hammock stand, firepit, bike storage shed, and garden. To the left is the outside door leading down a stairwell to the garden level apartment and laundry room. Use the code or key to enter. The upstairs door leads to the owners unit.

Head down the carpeted stairs to enter the garden level apartment, passing the laundry room on the left. The great room is clean and comfortable, with a kitchenette, full size fridge, and comfy living room with smart TV and dedicated office/computer space. The couch folds down into a lounge or extra bed. The bedroom has a king size bed, closet and dresser. Basic starter toiletries are provided.

Greeley, CO is only about 60 minutes from Denver, Boulder, Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Cheyenne, WY. Loveland is 35 minutes away (Banner McKee Medical Center) and Ft. Collins is 45 minutes (UC Health Poudre Valley Hospital). Hiking, skiing, camping and more are easily accessible in the mountains. There is so much to do in Colorado and if you are working in Greeley or the surrounding area you will have no problem exploring our State.
