Welcome to Mariners Landing Residence, a Smith Mountain Lake condo that completed a full, high-end remodel in December 2025. Stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully curated, this residence offers access to all Mariners Landing amenities while providing a calm, refined place to unwind.
Thoughtfully designed and beautifully finished, this Huddleston condo blends elevated style with everyday comfort. Every detail has been intentionally considered to create a space that feels welcoming yet polished—perfect for slowing down, reconnecting, and truly unwinding.
The serene primary suite features a luxurious Ashland King bed in Indigo, paired with a Nectar mattress and comfort-select pillows for five-star, hotel-level sleep night after night. A second designer-appointed bedroom also offers a King bed, providing equal comfort for guests and seamless access to the shared living spaces. Both bedrooms are outfitted with 50" Smart TVs, blending modern convenience with a calm, cohesive aesthetic.
The living area features a premium American Leather Comfort Sleeper® sofa, celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship and unmatched comfort. This is not your typical sleeper sofa—it’s a design-forward piece that sleeps as beautifully as it looks.
The condo includes two brand-new, spa-inspired bathrooms, ideal for unwinding after a day on the water or exploring the area.

The room was clean, quiet and had a great view of the lake. The beds were comfortable and the tiled showers were quite adequate. Plenty of room in the well appointed kitchen for an extended stay.

We’re especially happy to hear the beds worked well for you—we use Nectar mattress paired with Comfort Select pillows to create a really comfortable sleep experience for our guests. If you happened to use the sleeper sofa as well, that’s an American Leather Comfort Sleeper, which is considered one of the highest-quality sleeper sofas available and is designed to feel much more like a true bed than a typical pull-out . Clean, clean, clean! We enjoyed our stay. The condo was sparkling clean, updated, and the beds were comfortable. Loved being on the main level. Everything was as stated, pools were nice, and so convenient to have an onsite restaurant that you could order to go from. Communication from our host and Mariners Landing with key codes etc was excellent. We can’t wait to visit again.

We loved this condo at Mariners Landing! It was decorated beautifully. The beds were very comfortable. Beautiful views from the balcony. It had everything we needed. Indoor pools were great. Pet friendly. Wonderful host!

This Condo was exactly what the description and photos showed...lots of new upgrades and special touches! The bathrooms are roomy and gorgeous and the cute kitchen had everything you could possibly need! Comfortable seating in the living area with a cute breakfast nook. But my favorite thing, by far, was the view! I loved relaxing on the porch with a cup of coffee...sliding windows open enjoying the view & breeze! What a perfect weekend!

Very nice property. Exceeded our expectations. My Westie loved the sun room with the windows. She could people watch. The host was very courteous and answered any questions I had. The amenities at the condo were great. The pool and the lake were great.
