The Space:

Welcome to your Goat Island Getaway — a peaceful, off-grid-style waterfront retreat along the Intracoastal Waterway, just across from Isle of Palms. Accessible only by boat, this home offers a true Lowcountry experience: breezy porches, rocking chairs, fishing off your private dock, and uninterrupted marsh views.

Inside, the cozy interior features two bedrooms plus a loft, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, while the bunk room is perfect for kids or friends. The open concept floor plan includes full kitchen with eating bar with comfortable living area — perfect for gathering after a day on the water.

Access & Arrival:

Boat-access-only property — guest required to provide their own boat transportation to the property. Boat rentals are available at IOP Marina.

Guest access:

Guests have full access to the home, porches, decks, and private dock and pierhead. Goat Island is boat-access-only—no cars on the island. Guests arrive via their own private boat or coordinated transportation. Detailed arrival info is provided before check-in.
