This spacious home overlooks Hole #3 of Dalton Ranch and features a beautiful open floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The welcoming great room offers stunning golf course views, a natural stone fireplace, and a 55” flat-screen Smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. The well-equipped kitchen includes new appliances, plenty of spices, and thoughtful details any cook will love. The master suite features a king bed and a newly remodeled en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and access to a new full bathroom, while the third bedroom offers another queen bed. The fourth bedroom includes two twin beds and a pull-out couch, ideal for kids or extra guests. Fast Wi-Fi makes working remotely a breeze. Step outside to enjoy the patio with a propane grill, fire pit, and comfortable outdoor furniture—a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening gatherings under the stars.

This home is located in a private golf course community and all guests are required to comply with all HOA rules. Only the guests included on the reservation are permitted at the property.

HOA rules: No parking in the street and No RV's or Trailers. There is enough parking for 2 cars. Both in the driveway.

NO Smoking anywhere on the premises.

Guests will be sent a vacation rental agreement by Durango Colorado Vacations (the property manager) to e-sign at the time of booking.

Please note that the primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book this property.

A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours. Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings. We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.

Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras.

Cancellation Policy:
If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given.
For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund. Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Everything was good. The home was very nice and clean. The 2 extra bathrooms do not have heat in them but still nice. This home is in a H O A and they will give you a hard time if you have over 2 cars and need to park one in the street. We had a 24' enclosed car trailer with us that we moved to a storage lot behind the home. There were 5-6 different homes with cars parked in the street and 1 trailer backed in a driveway for 8 days but I guess that don't count if you live there.

As noted in the listing description, the HOA rules are very strict and include “No parking in the street and no RVs or trailers. There is enough parking for 2 cars, both in the driveway.” We always want guests to have all the information they need in advance, which is why we clearly include these rules before booking. We understand how frustrating it can be when it seems like enforcement isn’t consistent across all homes in the neighborhood, but unfortunately we don’t have control over how the HOA chooses to monitor or address other residents. We truly appreciate you taking good care of the property and finding a storage solution for your trailer. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’d be happy to welcome you back anytime!
