This luxury home is located in the Dalton Ranch Country Club in the beautiful Animas Valley just 10 minutes north of downtown Durango and 20 minutes south of Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory).

The 2,900 square foot 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is perfect for multiple families as it features two separate living spaces. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped.

The home also features central AC, washer/dryer, 2 car garage, decks off both living spaces, a large DVD and game collection, gas BBQ grill and professional landscaping which includes an abundance of trees.

The centerpiece of Dalton Ranch is its challenging 7,040-yard championship semi-private golf course. Built along the Animas River, Dalton Ranch incorporates numerous wetlands and lakes.

Durango Hot Springs with a full spa is less than a mile and the home is within immediate access to recreational opportunities- tennis, golf, hiking, biking, swimming, downhill and cross country skiing, fly fishing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing (the list is endless really).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

This home exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for the 6 of us. The home was very clean, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was beautifully equipped with very nice pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Very nice, clean appliances. The neighborhood is gorgeous as is the town of Durango. Beautiful property exactly as described. Location was fantastic! We were about 10-15 minutes from Durangoā€™s narrow gauge railroad, super close to Honeyville, James Ranch, and the Durango Hot Springs. Two master bedrooms (one up & one down) with attached bathrooms. With two good size bedrooms with a ā€œJack and Jill bathroom. Perfect for a large group of adults.

Annual Golf outing

Property is great location for golfing and exploring. No code for garage door was given?Living room T.V has issues? Always " buffering" very frustrating. Master shower upstairs has mold. All minor issue's but for the price I would expect to have none.

Another great stay

This is the second time our group has stayed here over Memorial Day for the annual Iron Horse bike ride. Great location. We golfed, rode bikes, enjoyed the town, and overall just basked in the beauty that is Durango. The house is perfect. Super location and just a great home.

Great location!

This beautiful home was conveniently located, in a friendly neighborhood minutes from downtown. There were lots of delicious restaurants and cute shops! The kitchen was well stocked with great tools and appliances. We loved exploring downtown, Mesa Verde national park and the Durango & Silverton Railroad.

Beautiful setting in a golf neighborhood.

Loved our stay with 8 family members. Nice layout for that many people. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. Short drive to town. Very close to Bar D Ranch Chuckwagon. Would stay again. Easy check in and check out.

Summer Getaway

We (three senior couples) really enjoyed our one-week stay at Dalton Ranch. The home is furnished adequately, clean, and well stocked for cooking and eating at home. Conveniently located for area attractions and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Management company was very helpful and communicated well.

Family trip

We traveled to Durango to celebrate my youngest daughterā€™s birthday. We really enjoyed this beautiful, well appointed home. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms gorgeous. The kitchen was one of the best weā€™ve stayed atā€¦.lots of spices, plenty of dishes and cookware, working grill. We had a problem with the dishwasher and got a quick response from management that they turned in a maintenance request. A lovely place to stay, would definitely choose it again!

Amazing Property!

This property was gorgeous with lots of amenities. It was very clean and the property management provided us with packages that included necessities like shampoo/body wash/ makeup remover pads, dishwasher tabs/laundry pods etc. The kitchen was more than fully stocked with everything that we could have needed! The neighborhood was beautiful and was very quiet for riding bikes with the kids and sitting out and grilling. We could walk to PJā€™s Market for groceries. Very convenient location. Overall our trip was amazing and will most definitely be returning in the future!

Dalton Ranch stay

This was a very nice house. Loved watching the deer come into the yard and grazing. It was fun to watch the little fawns play in the yard! House was very nice and had lots of room for us. Only thing we didn't like is that we had no house keys. we had to leave the door from the garage into the house unlocked so we could get back into the house. We had use of the garage which was great.

Wonderful house with plenty of room for a quick or long getaway

This house is AMAZING! it has 4 big bed rooms, with 2 of those being master suites, a huge family room with its own TV and DVD player. We want to go back and stay longer. It's close to Durango (about 5 min. out) and within a well kept up neighborhood. The only 2 drawbacks that I will mention is that the TV's although are flatscreen are old technology (not smart TV's) and the wifi could be a little better but although after resetting the router was getting mid 30's mbps download. Wonderful and beautiful house.

House is nice, all the amenities one could need. On the down side we found the furniture in the downstairs to be very uncomfortable including the dining set. Neighbors seem to be " looking" out for the owners interest a bit to much. Master shower has mold and upstairs JJ bath tile is coming loose. Front porch with deck above is leaking. We happened to be there for 2 of the most rainy day's according to neighbor in quite some time. Overall a great stay and would have no problem returning!!

Everything you would need and more! The bathrooms were very nice as was the laundry. Our only complaint would be the A/C unable to keep the mater bedroom (on west wall) cool in the warm afternoons. It remained quite warm into the night before the A/C finally caught up. Everything else was just perfect. great neighborhood for walks/runs and awesome grocery/liquor store 2 minutes away. This is a beautiful home

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. The home is decorated very tastefully. We were two senior couples, and the functional layout made it easy to enjoy the home while maintaining each couple's privacy. The kitchen is very well supplied with dishes and equipment. There is a terrific upstairs sitting area perfect for reading and staring at tree tops. A nifty 2nd floor porch and a very pretty backyard patio make wonderful outdoor getaways. The neighborhood is terrific, all upscale homes with manicured yards. There are HUGE leafy trees of many varieties lining both sides of the street, which makes for great walking. There were a few minor negatives that I will mention to be complete: * The rugs in the master bedrm were so wet they squished when walked on the day of arrival. * No soap at the sink in the downstairs bathrm. * No bath mats. * The doors of the downstairs bedrm and of the laundry room would not shut. A carpenter needs to spend 30 minutes here making adjustments in the hinges. * Beautiful dining room table and lovely leather dining chairs, but they were mismatched in height, such that folks 5'4" or shorted found the tabletop at near chest height. All these quibbles are minor compared to the good here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return to this house our next Durango visit.
