Custom Home - Amazing Views/Huge Deck - 3 miles to downtown - AC/Hot Tub

Our 2,500 square foot residence was built in 2018 and features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is located just 3 miles from downtown Durango and 27 miles (30 minutes) from Purgatory Ski Resort.

This home is in one of the nicest residential settings in the Durango area and features amazing views to the north over the Animas Valley - yet is just minutes from downtown Durango. At an elevation of 7,000 feet, enjoy an alpine setting with exceptional views, while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreation you come to Durango to experience.

The house features central AC and high end finishes you would expect in a brand new custom home while the generously equipped gourmet kitchen features gas stove, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Please note that the 4th bedroom is located over the garage and is access via a separate entrance. AC was added to this bedroom in October 2023.

One parking spot is available in the garage (owner keep their car in the other space). There is also room to park two more cars in the driveway.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

The house was beautiful and so welcoming! They decorated for Christmas too! The house has absolutely everything you need. One of the best VRBO stays weā€™ve ever had. Excellent response time from the management team also.

Beautiful house with a thoughtful floor plan, in a great area. It was super clean and extremely well stocked. The deck was a great gathering place with plenty of seating and amazing views. There wasnā€™t anything about the property that disappointed us. I must also mention that the management company was a pleasure to work with. They were always quick to respond to any questions from the moment I booked to checkout. This was by far a favorite rental for our family.

This home in Durango was perfect for our stay for our daughterā€˜s 35th birthday with some of her friends. The check in/code entry was very easy. The kitchen was very well stocked with implements and some herbs, etc.. The deck facing the mountains was lovely to sit on, and the hot tub great too Soak tired muscles after ATVing, horseback riding, etc.. All the bedrooms and beds were comfortable, the bathrooms, clean, and lovely.

Great location, lovely home great property manager. Watched the wildlife department catch a mama bear and her three cubs and relocate to a more isolated area. That was a highlight! Would definitely go back to that house and would want to deal with that property manager!

The new hot tub is a great addition as with the A/C in the bedroom over the garage. The views are beautiful and the house has everything we could want. Walking the neighborhood can be a workout, but there's some great trails up in the Spring Hill neighborhood next door. Management is very responsive if you have any questions or problems during your stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent location for all there is to do in and around Durango. During our short stay, we visited the Aztec Ruins, did the fabulous drive to Silverton and then to Ouray; spent a whirlwind day catching a photo op at Four Corners and then sprinting to Mesa Verde; one excellent day was spent shopping and eating downtown.We also built in plenty of time to simply laze around; this is a great place to relax and unwind - the sunset views from the deck are the best. Spacious, well-appointed, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated yet delightfully cozy. You can't go wrong with 29 Timberline for your next CO vacation- summer or winter!

Amazing views and good location

The home offered everything our group of nine needed. Great kitchen that was well equipped with indoor and outdoor dining capable of seating our group. The hot tub was clean and new and the garage was very helpful for storing bikes and outdoor equipment. One observation, the home is located about 1 mile from the end of the city pathway into downtown which made it hard to use our burley trailer straight out of the driveway. Recycling would have been utilized as well if made available.

With incredible views, the spacious, immaculate home, is plenty generous for two families or more. Large, open concept living space with well-equipped modern kitchen and lovely living & dining space. The outside deck & hot tub are a real treat, especially at sunset. Most important when traveling, super comfortable beds & bedding and excellent shower & bath. Couple inquiries to property management were responded to quickly and the agents were friendly and knowledgeable. Durango has been our favorite vacation destination for 35+ years; now our adult children are vacationing in Durango with their children. After all these years, we have found our favorite vacation lodging. Canā€™t imagine staying anywhere but 29 Timberline Drive.

Great Durango property

Super clean house. The layout is awesome for older kids as there's some separation between the master and other bedrooms. Home is super clean and everything you need is available. Short drive to downtown. We loved it.

Delightful

The property was delightful. It is close to town but has a rural feel. The view of the mountains was quite lovely. The house was spacious. The 9 of is never felt crowded. The kitchen is well supplied.Each bedroom has a full bath even the room over the garage. The room over the garage exceeded my expectations. It was as comfortable as the main house. The propery managers were very helpful and responsive. When we walked in we found a lighted Christmas tree and decorations. It created a feeling of warmth and home. We all enjoyed this home immensely. We expect to be back.
