House: "Tree House" Remodeled, Pet/Bike friendly

It's all about luxury and location when you make your reservation at the "TREE HOUSE". Nestled in the Carolina pine trees, this sunny cottage will make you feel like you've arrived to an exclusive and private villa. The bright interior has been remodeled to offer the best of details and comforts for a family, or couples retreat. The key word for this great home is NEW -- there are new floors, new paint, new kitchen and baths, new furnishings, new fixtures and new bedding. The updated kitchen is well stocked (coffee maker of course) and offers plenty of counter space for preparing great meals. There's room for 6 around the dining table.

The townhouse up/down floor plan makes it spacious for the whole group.Guests will appreciate the extra privacy of two family rooms, both with large smart tvs. The downstairs family room has coastal ambiance and comfy seating, while the upstairs den has a spacious sectional, game table and a wall of windows to enjoy the "tree top" views. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The main bedroom (king bed) is located downstairs with a full bathroom. Upstairs offers 2 bedrooms (Queen beds) with a shared full bathroom in the connecting hallway. All bedrooms offer flat screen/smart tvs, too. All bed and bath linens will be provided during your stay, with beds freshly made before your arrival.

With 3 easy accesses to the outdoors, there is plenty of space to plan a special seafood-grill night or evening wine tastings on the patio. Plan to bring your corn hole boards for a friendly competition. There is parking for 4 cars along the front of the house.

Small dogs are allowed -- 2 maximum and under 25 pounds, please. Each pet will require a $300/per pet, non-refundable fee. This property is Bike Friendly with some space for trailers, too. Please NO SMOKING AT THIS PROPERTY.

The cottage is ideally located within the heart of North Myrtle Beach, only a 2 block walk to the beach. This Ocean Drive hot spot, puts you two blocks to enjoy all of the festivities of downtown, Main Street. Just a stroll away, there is live music, lively crowds, dance clubs, green parks and playground, boutique shopping, a variety of restaurants and ice-cream shops in every direction. With endless choices, from burgers and pizza, to homecooked meals and fine dining, a night "out on the town" will be something special. The famous Ocean Drive ("O.D.") beach section is nice and wide with beautiful white sands. There are no less than a dozen golf courses within a 10 minute drive, too.

Just minutes away, in the heart of Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach, is our most popular destination, Barefoot Landing. Enjoy broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues. Over 100 shops & restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques, great eateries and breweries. There are kids attractions & weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays.
