Our attractive, desirable 1st floor villa includes, Two Bedrooms, Two full Baths, Full Kitchen, New full-sized Front Loading Washer and Dryer, and is just steps to the pool, clubhouse (with Broadband Internet access), outdoor grills and tennis courts. It is a NON-smoking unit.

The spacious two bedroom, two bathroom layout offers all the amenities of home, including a newly remodeled, fully furnished kitchen and all your bed linens and towels.

The villa was renovated with tile flooring in the kitchen, dinning room and both bathrooms, and wood laminate flooring in the living room and bedrooms. The totally remodeled kitchen has new cabinets with more storage, new appliances, spacious granite counter tops, and new full sized washer and dryer. Both bathrooms feature new vanities, wall cabinets and light fixtures. The Master Bedroom includes a Simmons “Beauty Rest” Queen-Size Mattress and box spring, new bedspread and window treatments, TV with cable and Roku for streaming. The Master Bath adjoins the Master Bedroom and has a remodeled tiled walk-in shower.

A maximum of six can sleep comfortably in the villa which features a queen bed in the master bedroom with private bath, full over queen bunk beds in the second bedroom (with new mattresses), and a queen sleeper sofa. A dining room table and counter bar accommodates six. A new leather Sofa sleeper, leather recliner, and club chair provide seating for all to relax after a fun day at the beach or on the links. The living room also has a new 65" Smart TV with cable and streaming apps.

This Villa is located within the gated, security-patrolled community of Fiddler’s Cove Beach and Racquet Club. This beautifully landscaped, 23-acre, peaceful resort offers two large pools (heated/chilled - pools are closed Nov. 1 - March 1), a heated hot tub, sundeck, tot lots, outdoor grilling areas, bike racks and a small lagoon. The one swimming pool is located literally at your doorstep (just to the left of our front door). Included with your rental is unlimited use of Fiddler's Cove’s 7 clay Har-Tru tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts and 2 indoor racquetball courts! And for the exercise buffs and health fanatics, you can enjoy the exercise equipment in the club house located by our villa.

Did we mention the short walk to the beach? Just 300 yards away is the pristine white sands of Folly Field Beach. Follow the wide sidewalks to Folly Field which features public restrooms, a beach walk, public meter parking, and unbeatable sunsets.

Hilton Head offers everything one needs for a first-class vacation! Championship golfing, miles of beaches, charming yacht harbors, and world class fishing! Go kayaking, take a dolphin tour, or shop till you drop! Hilton Head is home to an extensive network of bicycle paths. Bicycles of all kinds can be delivered right to your villa and will be picked up at the end of your stay. Pick up the bike trail right at Folly Field and meander around the scenic island. At the end of a fun-filled day, enjoy one of the island's fine-dining restaurants or grill your prize catch of the day just outside the villa. Then return to the beach to fly a kite or take a late night stroll.
