Single family marsh cottage located on private island within the Moss Creek Resort. Completely renovated and upgraded throughout with fine furniture, new appliances, electronics and exquisite décor.

* 2nd Bedroom with Queen Bed and access to large natural stone custom bath
* Both bedrooms with ceiling fans, flat panel TVs and closets.
* Circular stairs leading to loft with 2 Twin Beds and skylights. Loft overlooks large living space with vaulted ceiling.
* Large great room for living, dining and kitchen area. Living area consists of overstuffed chairs and queen sleeper sofa, centered on fireplace and entertainment center.

*Large flat panel HDTV above fireplace with Sound Bar. Connections available to Ipod/MP3/phone device, etc. Blue-Ray DVD player with 'Smart TV' features. HD Cable subscription with DVR. Whole house Internet Wi-Fi connection.
* Fully Equipped Updated Kitchen with Stainless appliances, granite countertops and custom lighting
* Dining area with coastal chandelier seats 6 with room for 2 on counter area.

Moss Creek is a beautiful community with so many ways to enjoy nature and relax! This home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. We watched the egrets from the back deck every morning and the tiny frogs at night. Excellent grill and kitchen supplies so it was easy to make full meals. The beds were all comfortable and the living room furniture looked brand new. The owners were extremely helpful and answered all of my inquiries immediately, and even checked in by email after we left and the maid found an item to make sure it wasn't ours! Lastly in case this is helpful to others, my daughter and I have sensitivities to fragrance, chemicals, dust and mold, and we had no issues. We hope to be able to return!

Charming Moss Creek Home

Very clean and cozy. We were very comfortable in this house for the week, and the Carolina room was the cherry on top. The cooling unit does a great job of keeping that room very comfortable and we spent a lot of time relaxing there. We would certainly stay here again, and the owners are absolutely wonderful as well!

Best family vacation

We had the best stay in Moss Creek! The location of this house was perfect to visit family in Moss Creek and also so convenient to downtown historic Bluffton in one direction and the beach in the other. The house had every amenity, super comfy beds and bedding, and a magical and serene view. I had the best sleep in 10 years and can’t wait to make this an annual tradition!

Wonderful Oasis!!

We thoroughly LOVED your stay at Peter and Lisa's Cottage in Moss Creek. We were in town for a Family Reunion and had a Wonderful time! The Cottage was even more than we had hoped for! It was Impeccably Clean with plenty of comfortable linens and a well stock kitchen! Perfect place for a Family of 4 Adults and 2 young children! We hope to be able to visit there again and stay there! Thank you for your Kind Hospitality and Fabulous Communication!

The property was perfect. Clean and cozy. Could watch wildlife outside the big picture windows. Also located on the 18th hole of the golf course. Would rent again.

Great Location

We loved this place for multiple reasons; location, beautiful surroundings, and accommodating. The owners were great people and made our stay very easy. My wife and I are planning to purchase a second home in Bluffton and recommend staying in this rental if you visit the area. Shopping/dining are all within a short drive especially Hilton Head.

Spacious cottage

Excellent accommodation open floor plan Great mattresses. Fully stocked kitchen. Awesome views..Carolina room patio enclosed. Furniture in living area could be updated. Seating is low when u sit down in chairs. Sofa is fine. Easy in and out of cottage with door code. No door key to keep up with. Walking easily to tennis courts golf course and clubhouse from here.

Beautiful, centrally located home with wonderful decor and cleanliness

GREAT find and even better hosts! My family and I rented this home from Peter and Lisa for a week and it was perfect for us. We were in town for a golf tournament and it was an easy drive to and from the golf course. In addition, it was minutes from both Bluffton and Hilton Head. Lisa was easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly and efficiently. The house was well stocked with appliances needed to make you feel at home. I would recommend this property for both families and couples who are visiting the low country of South Carolina. If I'm ever in the area again, we will most definitely be back to Moss Creek! Wonderful getaway!

House was wonderful, clean, and well stocked. Beautiful marsh view and great central location within Moss Creek - quick walk to clubhouse and short bike ride to pool. Easy access to old bluffton and HHI beaches and restaurants. Had a quick question about amenities upon arrival and host was very quick to reply. All in all, a fun, stress free week away! Would stay there again in future.

Great family vacation

We had a great time staying at this home. The home is located in a peaceful setting within Moss Creek, which is a short drive to the touristy areas of Hilton Head. The home has beautiful views of the salt marsh and the golf course behind it. We saw a lot of wildlife during our stay. The home had plenty of amenities. The kitchen was well-stocked and it was convenient to cook meals. We also used the large gas grill. We were very impressed with how comfortable our stay was at this property. It felt like being a guest at someone’s home. Moss Creek is a great community for a vacation. We enjoyed biking, walking, swimming at the community pool, and running. There are also other activities such as golfing and tennis. There is a forest preserve within the community. The location is convenient to Bluffton, Savannah, and all of the different areas of Hilton Head. We made good use of the free parking at Coligny Beach to spend time at the ocean and the recently opened Lowcountry Celebration Park. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.

Great stay at Moss Creek

Our family of three (including a 7 year old) really enjoyed our stay. The property is located inside a development with nature trails, which were great for morning runs. The unit itself was modern, clean and well equipped. The location is just off the island and within an easy drive of all Hilton Head has to offer. We would certainly consider staying there again if we go back to the Hilton Head area.

Family Fun in the midst of COVID

9 Palm Isle Ct was the perfect spot for our family. We have family in the area so this was a perfect location for us. We enjoyed the home very much and we were comfortable from the moment we walked in. It is very well equipped and clean. The owners were very easy to reach with questions..The best compliment I can give is - we will be back! Thank you!

We are empty nesters who like golf and tennis and just about everything associated with Moss Creek and Hilton Head. We moved frequently in our professional life but have started to settle down. We have two boys, both graduates of Auburn University and mechanical/civil engineers. We try to get to Moss Creek as often as possible.

As we are starting to get long in tooth but not quite old enough to retire, we started looking for places where we might want to settle down and Hilton Head was towards the top of the list. Moss Creek offers several activities of personal interest including golf, tennis and boating. We refer to this place as our 'Retirement Starter House' as it gives us an opportunity to figure out what we really want in retirement. Moss Creek offers all the traditional leisure activities in a splendid environmental setting. We don't think it gets much better than the Hilton Head Island. With the relaxed atmosphere of the Low Country, the pleasant climate and the scenery of the moss draped oaks, palms, pine, marshland and waterways, you definitely feel that you on vacation, that you 'away' from it all.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

In addition to all the Moss Creek amenities and access to Hilton Head activities, there are some additional unique benefits of our particular location. First, the cottage is a private, separate house and not part of some condo development. Combined with being on a small island of 13 cottages, it is very private location. It is centrally located to all Moss Creek facilities; an easy walk or bike ride. Second, it is easy to get to places within Hilton Head from Moss Creek. You can easily escape the traffic and delays that sometimes beleaguer Hilton Head. Third, and the wife added this one, it is close to the outlet stores. Actually, it is a little too close for my liking but it is almost literally across the street. Again, a good way to beat the traffic.
