Twenty minutes from Savannah and right on the beach, this spacious (1500+ square feet) 3-bedroom condo features majestic sunrises and sunsets from the living room and master bedroom plus views of Hilton Head, the Tybee Lighthouse, and the entrance to the Savannah River shipping channel. There's lots of light in this end-unit with side windows, and the bordering nature preserve provides privacy. It's beautifully furnished with 4-flat screen cable TVs, a fully equipped brand new kitchen, a large porch, and upscale bathrooms. This condo is on the first level with easy access via one flight of stairs or elevator. The master bedroom has a high quality king pillow top mattress and a full bath including a large soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom and third bedroom both have a king bed. There's a full sleeper in the living room. A separate laundry room houses a washer and dryer. Linens and towels are provided. You'll enjoy the community pool and tennis and pickle ball courts. Free secured Wi-Fi is provided for our guests. The condo sleeps a total of 8. The complex is gated.

The condo is very close to the beach. The pictures of the view from the balcony are accurate on the fact that vegetation is very much in the way. If you want to see the sunsets you had to go to the beach. The condo is spacious and well laid out. If we didn't have the entire week long construction in our building, it would have been a quiet peaceful week. The cleanliness of the condo was also not what you would expect to be done by professionals. If we used something for cooking or eating, then it had to be cleaned.

Very large and comfortable condo, well stocked ans clean. Every bedroom had king sized beds and all were comfy. The hosts were great, available and responsive to my texts and calls. Would recommend to anyone looking for a roomy condo, on the beach, for large family.

The host was very responsive whenever we had a problem. Location is great. Unfortunately, the view is a bit obstructed by the overgrown vegetation on the dunes. Host says the state is the only one who can trim it back. Everything was good. Nice quiet location like we wanted.

The condo exceeded our expectations: Very clean, comfortable!, steps from the beach, very easy to check in and out. The kitchen is totaly furnished, cabinets completely stocked. The master bedroom and bath are terrific; the other two bedroom are equally comfortable.

A true gem, with the beach only steps away into the channel and only minutes from anywhere on the island this is a great place to stay if Tybee is on your list. The condo is beautiful and well kept with great communication from the property owners/management.

Wonderful location

The location was perfect. A short walk to a calm area of beach. Great for small children. The sunsets were beautiful! The condo had all amenities needed for a great stay. Owner was quick to respond to any questions. Would recommend this condo for a nice relaxing vacation.

Great week of vacation

The condo is awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. The 3 bedrooms are large and have lots of closet space- and a TV in each room. The owner is very helpful and is very responsive. The deck is large with a lot of seating- we loved watching the ships pass. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation

We had a great vacation on Tybee Island. The condo was perfect! Well stocked with essentials. This was our first time staying on this area of Tybee. The first thing we noticed was there wasnā€™t any chairs or umbrellas to rent on the beach because thatā€™s something we always do. But there were four bag chairs available for our use in the condo. Just what we needed! The beds were so comfortable! We all slept great! I am a water drinker. I was thrilled the condo has a water filter system. There was no need for us to purchase bottled water. The area of the condo was quiet and very relaxing. We will definitely book this condo for our future Tybee Island vacations!

We had an amazing time. The condo was absolutely perfect. Very clean, lots of space and very cozy. Condo was close to restaurants and shopping. Property manager, Lloyd, was GREAT! He was always quick to respond to messages Very nice and extremely helpful. The check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be going back

As manager for this condo, I am on call anytime during your stay. If you have questions, need directions or want to know what to do on the Island, you can call me. We were locals on Tybee for many years and we still visit frequently. It's an eclectic place that grabs your soul. We frequent the more casual dining spots on the Island including Huc-a-poos (pizza, mack daddy nachos, and a great house salad are our favorites and it's walking distance), Sunrise Restaurant (best Southern breakfast with excellent grits and a buffet on the weekends). The Breakfast Club offers a upscale breakfast menu in a eclectic setting. The North Beach Grill has great crab cakes. Sundae Cafe and Wind Rose Cafe both have daily lunch specials. The local bar, the Quarter, has the best burger on the island.

If you love vacationing at the beach, you'll love this beachfront Bay View Villa Condo at Savannah Beach & Racquet Club. The complex is gated, so you must have the gate code to enter (provided in your arrival instructions). There are 2 swimming pools, and tennis and pickle ball courts for guests at Bay View Villas. The beach is a 1-minute walk away over the boardwalk. This condo is an end- unit with more windows than the interior units. The side windows look out on a nature preserve so it is private.

This is a nice upscale beachfront unit with beautiful water views. Relax and enjoy spectacular scenes of the entry to the Savannah River and watch as playful dolphins frolic in the bay. Great cargo ships pass daily in route to and from the Port of Savannah. Shrimping trawlers are frequently seen trolling the water in search of fresh catch. Fantastic panoramic views of Hilton Head and Daufuskie Island can be seen in the distance. The condo is newly decorated with nice furnishings, a new kitchen last year, 4 flat screen cable TV's, a king pillow-top mattress on the 4-poster bed in the master bedroom with a great water view, a king bed in bedroom 2, a king bed in bedroom 3, and a double sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is completely stocked including pots, pans and cookware. Wi-Fi is free (password secured). A washer and dryer is in the separate laundry room. Parking is also free.
