Our Keuka Room is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath (sleeps 4 + sofa bed for additional 2). Located in the heart of downtown Penn Yan, New York. Apartment is within walking distance to Keuka Lake Outlet Trail, local restaurants, shops, etc.. Centrally located for Wine Tours that can be organized by experts or venture on your own following the Wine Trail Signs. Please see other apartment (Seneca Room) located in the same building and floor near each other. Both rentals share laundry facilities and a great place for large groups or families.

Great experience!

Stayed here while competing at Ironman Musselman in Geneva. Easy drive to and from race venue. The location in the small town was excellent with easy walking to restaurants. The listing was great and very nice. While the bedrooms did get warm, we brought a small fan and left the doors open at night and during the day which significantly helped. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place in PY

This was perfect for my wife myself and our two boys. Right in the middle of Downtown Pinon lots of cute shops in very close to Keuka Lake. The owner was very helpful in getting us checked in. We had to message him privately as VRBO did not send us our check in information he was very helpful.

Great stay!

This was a great location for a wedding we had at the Climbing Bines Brewery. I would recommend. The only drawback we’re the stairs to get to the apartment if you have elderly or knee issues to climb.

PENN YAN BEAUTIFUL STAY

This place is a hidden gem. The location is fantastic and in walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and really had no issues in that regard. There were pots, pans, coffee maker, soap, etc. Made the place feel homey while we were there. The only downfall was how warm the bedrooms got over night. Even with blasting the AC unit located in the kitchen, running the fan and keeping doors open, there was zero circulation. It got so bad that I had to sleep on the pull out couch in the living room. However, definitely would stay here again but possibly bring my own large fan with knowing how hot it gets. Highly recommend this place!

Another Great Stay

This is our 3rd time staying here. It's become our home away from home. Great location and great amenities. The hosts are great with communicating and super responsive.

Unbeatable location with great floor plan!

The location in downtown Penn Yann is great. Right on Main street, walking distance to all the restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. Keuka is right around the corner. The communication with the owner was outstanding. The apartment has everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch and the four of us slept comfortably. Bonus was the on-site laundry (free). I would definitely stay here again.

Pretty good

Everything was close by as far as groceries or restaurants.The ACworked great in the main part of the apartment but bedrooms got hot with doors shut.Other than that really nice stay

Great location!

Our second stay at this property. All was as nice as we remember. Our favorite part of this property is the location. After a long day at the wineries...we can come back, relax for a bit then walk to restaurants and bars for the evening.

Perfect for a long weekend getaway

While this is a smaller property, it fit our needs perfectly. Everything is nicely maintained. The pictures and description are accurate. We really enjoyed being right in town with lots bars and restaurants in walking distance.

Modern suite with central location

Our stay at this property was virtually flawless. The suite is in excellent condition and located right in the middle of Penn Yan, with several restaurants, 2 grocery stores, and pretty much anything else you’d need within a short walk. There is also a public park with a beach about a mile away. As far as sightseeing goes, most of the main attractions in the finger lakes are within a half hr drive. I highly recommend this property.

First time visiting the Finger Lakes

Over the years I have heard over and over again you must go and visit the Finger Lakes region of NY. My Girlfriend and I decided to do a weekend getaway and Found the Wine Country Suites-Keuka in Penn Yan NY. We couldn't have picked a better location to explore. First, the location is right downtown in Penn Yan, you have everything at your fingertips coffee bars, bakeshops restaurants a hardware stores, drug stores, and Grocery stores. Basically whatever you need for your stay is within walking distance from the suites... The Suite itself looked exactly like the pictures was very clean, the bedding was super comfortable a great home base, parking was in the back of the building we literally wanted for nothing. Tons of Vineyards are no more than 10 min. car ride from the location and we took a drive down to Hammondsport (about 25 Mins away and went to the beach and this fabulous restaurant right on the lake on the scenic road right next to the lake all the way around the lake! My Girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Again great place, great location, and the finger lakes region are even nicer than I expected. Wine country Suites-Keuka is a homerun.!

we thought the place was perfect for what we wanted to do. A simple friend get away with no kiddos lol. The bar was right down the street so we could walk to it. Restaurants all over the town so eating wasn't a problem. We walked all over the town. The only thing we thought and maybe I misunderstood was that it would be walkimg distance to a winery or 2 and it wasnt. Wasn't a far drive to any of them though. Very cute apartment as well. The ONLY thing I had an issue with was that the bedrooms were fairly stuffy when you close the doors. There is no vent from the AC in them, So we had to buy a fan. We were fine the second night after the fan. Overall we all love the place and location. Also Jim was super responsive if we needed anything! Thank you again

Upscale place with a great location

It has everything you need for a weekend getaway or longer. Location can't be beat since you can walk to everything. This is one of the best places to stay in the area.

Great Space!!

Very clean and updated living space. Perfect for two, but could accommodate more comfortably. I will say I did hear the radio station that is located below the apartment in the morning. It wasn’t obnoxious, but I am a very light sleeper. Other than that; we were very happy with our stay.
