Open floor plan on first floor with huge kitchen gives you plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Community has outdoor pool! Perfect for families, couples, or friends on a getaway.
Gas fireplace will make cool evenings cozy — or visit in the winter and relax at your own pace.

Quick drive to beach, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping.
SADLY, WE ARE NOT PERMITTED TO WELCOME PETS. :-(

Here is what awaits:

Primary Suite sleeps 2 with a King bed. Apple TV. Private bath with shower and balcony overlooking the bay. Watch the sunrise from bed!

Queen guest room sleeps 2 with Apple TV and balcony overlooking the bay

Twin guest room sleeps 2 with balcony.
Open kitchen is fully equipped, with breakfast counter with seating.
Living/dining area with plenty of seating, wood fireplace opens to deck with gas grill and a beautiful bay view.
Indoor dining table seats 6 | outdoor dining seats 4
To make your stay more comfortable we provide washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker (Keurig and drip), tea kettle, dishes, mugs and glasses - including wine and champagne glasses - utensils, pots and pans, 2 parking spaces.
Please bring your own linen (sheets/pillowcases) and towels. We provide comforters and pillows.

First time staying here! Absolutely loved it! Great location not to far from everything but not to close that you always had a nice place to come back to and relax after a day at the beach. Mavi was right on top of texting us and even went out of her way to ask how we got settled in after we arrived. It has everything you need even that homey feeling not staged like most places. Perfect for a family getaway. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

My family and I can’t say enough great things about our week at Mavi’s beautiful vacation home. I specifically booked this home because of the marsh and water views…. which were Spectacular!!! There was plenty of room for the five of us to spread out and relax. This was one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve experienced in decades of renting. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay easy and stress free. Our daughters enjoyed using the two kayaks, which you literally launch a few feet from the back deck. We would absolutely book this home again!!

Our time at Fenwick Landing was wonderful! The house is absolutely beautiful and spotless.Its location was perfect, as our favorite beach was less than a mile away. The house was fully stocked with anything that we could’ve needed. Mavi and Michael are fantastic hosts and communication was very easy. They have even put together an entire binder, full of suggestions for restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do in the area. The bay view from all three of the balconies is amazing! As an avid bird watcher, I was delighted to find so many species living right outside the window. We would absolutely stay again in this beautiful property!

We loved the back deck with a view of the water. The seating was very comfortable as well. Communication with the host was seamless and quick. I would recommend this home to anyone.

The property was beautiful! Perfect for our vacation. It was so nice to have balconies in each room and the deck off the back that led to the grass allowed our children to run and play. Absolutely fantastic hosts!

Beautiful setting for a wonderfully appointed waterfront townhome. Quiet area off the main highway, close to the beach and easy access to Ocean City or Fenwick and Bethany. Hosts are wonderful and very responsive.

Great trip

I cannot say enough great things about our stay. The house was perfect and full of so many amenities. The views of the bay were spectacular especially the sunset from the king suite. Within minutes we could easily walk to 3 different restaurants. Mavi and Michael are great hosts.

Wonderful stay with friends. Loved the location, walked to several restaurants and easy drive to the beach. The hosts make sure you are comfortable with all the little touches like a welcome bottle of wine, bath products, condiments galore, etc. We’ll be back! Thank you M&M!

October beach time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fenwick Landing. The house had all the necessary amenities to make our weekend very comfortable. The owners were very responsive. The water views and sunrise was stunning! We would stay there again if we had the opportunity.

Sweet rental!

This property and the amenities are modern and pristine. It's perfect for a getaway and views of wildlife from the the back patio and balconies are amazing! Beautiful townhome

From the moment we walked in to this townhome we felt at home. The host was so thoughtful, leaving a welcome card and bottle of wine. They thought of everything and were quick to communicate with us. Our 2nd Stay - Already looking forward to next year!

The owners are friendly, responsive and have thought of everything! The home is cozy and inviting. We loved sitting on the deck watching the bay, the birds and the boats. It’s the perfect spot to see the sun come up over Fenwick Island in the morning. I especially enjoyed the pool this year for a morning swim. The house is well stocked and if you rent linens to be delivered you need only bring your clothes and bathing suits!

We love to travel and have found that our most fondest memories occurred when we lived like locals.

After a vacation in the area, we fell in love not only with Fenwick Island, but Fenwick Landing in particular. We were thrilled to learn that a home was available at just the time we had decided to take the plunge and become owners. Our work schedules make summer visits are difficult, so inviting guests to share in the beauty of Fenwick is perfect solution.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I love that we have the quiet of the bay on our doorstep and the thrum of the beach in short walking distance. The design is such that when you're on the deck, you feel like you're the only person there, but you're just a peek around the corner from neighbors to kick back with. The first time I walked into this home I could feel my whole self relax. The community has a pool and we are just a short walk from restaurants and jet ski, kayak, and other water rentals. Be as close to the action or as secluded as you desire.
