We’re glad the host and property mostly met your expectations, and we apologize for the frustrations you experienced. - Kitchen linens: I’m sorry for the misunderstanding about kitchen towels and dish cloths. “Fully equipped” refers to cookware, dishes, and basic utensils; linens aren’t always included. We’ll review the listing wording and discuss adding a small supply with our on-site team so future guests aren’t caught without them. - Toilet repair & communication: I apologize the toilet issue took several days to resolve and that you weren’t notified when the repair was completed. That falls short of our standards. We’ll follow up with our maintenance vendor and team to improve response times and ensure guests are informed promptly. - Puzzles/games: I’m sorry the puzzles were incomplete and mixed up.
