The Grand Pavilion is the hub of the resort, featuring a AAA four diamond hotel, pools, The Boardwalk Inn, restaurants, deli, small upscale stores, spa and beauty center, golf, tennis, and bike rentals. Everything you want to do on the resort is within walking distance from 54 Grand Pavilion. GROUPS LARGER THEN 8 must get approval before booking.

Our home features a bright and open floor plan, including hardwood floors, spacious master bedroom with sitting area, and ocean views from the Charleston style porches. The porches overlook a 40' x 200' lawn. Beautiful live oaks and native palm trees surround the courtyard. You can relax on the rocking chairs and watch the kids play! The Grand Pavilion pools are just steps from the door and the beach is less than 100 yards - just 30 seconds away. Our home is at the end of a cul-de-sac on the quiet side of the Grand Pavilion. The special features of this home, in addition to its location and ambience, are the spacious living/dining area and the master bedroom. The master bedroom provides a quiet place to retreat and relax, read a book, watch TV, or just relax on the porch and catch the ocean views and breeze. High Speed internet works throughout the house.
Living room and master bedroom TV's also have "Apple TV" for all your streaming needs. All bedrooms have TV's with Roku for streaming.
We upgraded the kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Up graded baths, furnishings, art, beds and new living room furniture, etc. It has always been a very cheerful and comfortable home - and we are excited about the improvements we have chosen. We think our home feels very elegant, modern, relaxing and most important, comfortable!
In addition to the master, the home features three additional bedrooms, each with an adjoining full bath. The bedroom downstairs features hardwood floors, a queen bed, a TV and shares the hall full bath. The front bedroom upstairs is the same size, has a queen bed and has a private attached full bathroom. The middle bedroom upstairs has twin beds and also has a full private bath. There is a “pack and play” crib and highchair. Baby’s Away Charleston can provide other beach rental and vacations items that you may need, in addition to what's at the house already.
There are plenty of beach chairs , beach toys and games for our guests to use at the house already. All linens , towels ,soap and shampoo provided.
Summer weeks: June 27 to August 1 are 7nights minimum. Check is is on Saturday during this period. 3 night min the rest of the year, check in on any day.
