The Space:

Everything to complete your dream Florida vacation is within your reach! Start the day sipping coffee and watching a spectacular sunrise over the Intracoastal Waterway. Head directly across the street and stroll barefoot along the powdery white sand of Madeira Beach. Swim in the heated pool overlooking the marina. Boat slip rentals are available at Madeira Bay Docks. And finish off the day with a short walk to the famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk with its quaint shops, outstanding restaurants, and live entertainment.



At home, the inside of your suite is equally impressive with upgraded amenities and tropical decor. The family room and primary suite have access to the main balcony with views of the Intracoastal and the marina's lineup of yachts. The guest bedroom also has a small private balcony.



Along with a beautiful view, the inviting living room features plenty of stylish, comfortable seating, a large smart TV, and an adjacent dining area. The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and includes both a regular and Keurig coffee maker. Added touches include smart TVs, USB chargers, and memory foam mattresses in each bedroom. A second computer monitor and HDMI hookup make working remotely a breeze.

We stayed here for a week, had 4 people in our party. This condo was clean and comfortable. It had nice furnishings and very comfortable beds. It was great, if you’re looking to stay in Madeira beach this it the place. You’re across the street from the beach. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset at the beach. It is perfect. Also had nice cookware which I appreciated.

Great Location and place to stay

Convenient to the beach, out the door and just across the street and a 6 minute walk to John's Pass for dinner and shopping. Easy to park and access to the room. The Condo was spacious and clean. Loved the 2 balconies overlooking the marina. Would love to stay here again.

It took an hour and a half to get into the condo as the code they sent did not work and the back up keys didn’t fit the lock, it took multiple calls to a general number to get assistance to even be able to get a hold of anybody to try to help us with the lockout situationwe had to have a visit by the cable company the following day to upgrade the cable equipment, which the tech told us was extremely old and had not been updated for some time, despite getting new cable equipment we never figured out how to use the TVs and we were never able to see anything on them We had to wash all the glasses and dishes as they were dusty and dirty.We also had cockroaches in the condo which came out the last night we were there - this condo was on the fifth floor of the building, so if we have cockroaches on the fifth floor, I can imagine that the floor is below us likely had them too-I realize that cockroaches are common in Florida, but I have never had them in any condo I have ever stayed anywhere in FloridaThe location of this condo is ideal, but the management company is very poor and making sure that you don’t have to jump through hoops to stay there- they did offer a 100 refund for my troubles- at the price of what it costs to stay there, 100 is nothing Will not stay there again

Would stay over and over!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. Well stocked kitchen, and beach accessories too. It was immaculately clean, spacious and was in a very safe location, close to everything we had planned. Can’t wait to stay again.

Beautiful Condo

I stayed here with my extended family in Oct 2015, and we had a wonderful stay. Condo was as described, and we had a great stay. We would definitely come and stay again when we come back to Madeira Beach!

Fantastic location close to the beach and activities!

We had a fantastic time in Madeira Beach and would highly recommend this as an affordable property in a great location. The pool was small, but adequate given we spent most of our time at the beach. We want to return again!
