The Space:

Enjoy fresh coastal breezes and panoramic views at this top-floor condo, located directly on the Gulf. You’ll love the intimate Bungalow Beach Place complex - a boutique, nine-condo hideaway on soft white sands. Relax beneath coconut palms after a dip in the emerald waters!



Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Top-of-the-line finishes include ultra-soft bamboo linens, pillow-top mattresses, granite countertops, wood flooring, and high-end appliances and electronics. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen!



Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Perfection!

Amazing little place! We stayed in unit 6 and you can't beat the view. Nice little closet to store your luggage. Had coffee maker and dishes. A 45 second walk down to the beach. They even have chairs and umbrellas you can take down there with you. There are lots of things to do around. Lots within walking distance. Only complaints would be the shower curtain. It blows in on you making it very difficult to shower and soaked the floor. A heavy plastic liner would fix that. You have laundry access, but it is limited and the dryer did not dry our clothes. A lot of light comes in the front door at night. Would be cool if those outside lights weren't so bright. The fire alarm also has a flashing light that blinks all night. The listing said the rental came with paddle boards and kayaks which it did not. Overall, the pros heavily outweigh those couple of "cons". Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Beachfront is fantastic but nicer shops are far away

Overall a great location, but a/c starts with a loud clack all night. I'm pretty good at setting up kitchen, but there wasn't even salt,pepper, oil, nothing which made cooking decent and healthy difficult. There is some good ice cream across the road and DJs Crab Shack is pretty good, but all the businesses up and down the peninsula are pretty junky. This place is best for people who don't intend to leave the property and don't care about food quality.

Peaceful retreat

Location is great. The view was spectacular. Very quiet. A/C worked well. Very clean unit. Bed was very comfortable. For the price point, a good find.

Beauty of the Gulf

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our room and the entire property were clean and tidy; the pictures are accurate. The view of the Gulf with the palm trees swaying in the breeze was beautiful, and we truly felt like we were in paradise. Everything about the property encouraged us to be outside -- the sea kayaks, the firepit, the shaded picnic tables. When it was time to rest, the room was larger than we anticipated, and it was perfectly quiet (you can't hear your neighbors when they are in their rooms, that's a plus!) If you happen to be here during a busy season like we were, one suggestion is to make reservations well ahead of time for a supper meal. We were surprised how busy the restaurants were, even at 4:30 pm!

Location was perfect and unit/property was just as expected from the listing. Would be nice to have more towels and some provided beach towels would be an easy addition that I’m sure most guests would appreciate.

Everything was as explained and expected, beautiful location with many fabulous restaurants and a wonderful beach. All the amenities were perfect for our stay, very clean room and property. We will return.

Great location on the beach and awesome gulf views!

This property was perfect for my husband and me to stay the long weekend. We utilized the provided beach chairs and umbrellas. We were excited to try the kayaks and paddleboards but the water ended up being too rough. We also loved the restaurant recommendations. There were other families staying in the building but our room was so quiet and we never heard any noise.

Perfect Getaway!

This property is even more beautiful than advertised! The room was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. We loved being able to cook breakfast in the mornings and sit in front of the window staring out at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Being right on the beach with chairs provided was a big bonus. We met some great families staying there as well and made some wonderful memories. We were only a short uber ride away from great restaurants and dive bars. We can't wait to book our next stay!

Most relaxing stay

My husband and I booked this condo for the luxury of having private access to such a beautiful beach. Being beach front and having the fun “backyard” made our stay even better! Absolutely recommend and will be back!

Wonderful relaxing getaway

Location was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the beach with places to eat near by. A very relaxing spot. You can experience water activities with just a short enjoyable ride to Clearwater. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Perfect bungalow for couples.

I booked this trip last minute and unplanned. Just needed a getaway to clear my head. The property was perfect for me and just precious!! I can see bringing my family with me in the future with one of the larger units, but I definitely want to come back when I need to get away.

Wonderful location, quiet getaway

The bungalows are in a wonderfully quant, quiet, and pristine beach location. If you just want to layout and avoid the throngs of resort and public beach goers, this is the place. Property was clean, well appointed and had very nice amenities. A couple of suggestions. We had an issue upon check in, we never received any information, so we thought that the property manager would have something for us when we arrived. Not the case, nothing there, and touchpad locks. We called the number on the VRBO page, and no answer. We asked another person staying, there’s a property management association now, we called them and got the entry code, no problem, but there was a parking pass we were supposed to print and bring. Unfortunately I don’t travel with a printer, and the closest UPS store we could find was closed. Bit of hassle, but it was resolved the next day. Just make sure you have this before you travel. Please update the phone number on VRBO to connect to Teaming Vacation Rentals. Also, the internet password in the information provided is generic for the property management association and not accurate, consider updating this. The only other suggestion for renters is to get out early and grab beach chairs and umbrellas, especially on the weekend. Our first 2 days, everything was taken by 9am. The rental property next to us, not sure if allowed, also used all of the chairs/umbrellas/kayaks and they kept them all day long. Maybe limit these to the renters staying here? Overall, it was a great visit, we will be back. The location is wonderful, property is well kept, and lots of dining within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Exactly as advertised

This property is very charming. It was exactly like what the listing in VRBO said it would be. Although we never use the kayaks, paddle boards, or bicycles they were there available to use. They had several beach chairs and lounge chairs that you could take it out on the beach. Which was very helpful since we flew in and we’re limited on what we could bring. It would have been nice to have had More kayaks. There were only two there and they stayed taken by the other guest. Overall I would definitely go back.

Pros/Cons

PROS -BEAUTIFUL, amazing to wake up and look out to the ocean -LOVED the private beach, you are next to some public ones that can get packed but the private one kept us away from all that -Bikes (be careful because 3 of the seats were broken so just check before you ride them, need allen wrench to tighten), paddeboards, kayaks included in stay -Outside BBQ -Umbrellas and chairs to use out on beach - Firepit -Bed and pillows very comfy! -Big closet -Oven to reheat those left overs and pretty big fridge! -Use of washer and dryers (make sure to get detergent) CONS - We knew what we were getting into but this place is quite small, this would be a 2 person max - BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS , this probably annoyed us the most, because they take up quite the space in your luggage, had to bring a carry on just for that - BRING YOUR OWN SOAP , this was another item we thought was strange, you received shampoo and conditioner but no soap - Required to keep the temp to 73 degrees inside , it was 80 when we went but going in and the thermostat being at 73 did not provide much relief (wondering if the thermostat was just off). Overall I would say this is 5 stars. Was annoying to bring extra luggage and supply any small items like paper towel (you get 1 roll) , soap, keep the temp at 73 HOWEVER the view, and all the other amenities make up for it.
