No stairs to climb - just park in your private carport, roll your suitcase a few feet and welcome to Paradise! The new kitchen features an open floorplan with white shaker cabinets, granite counters and a full-size stainless kitchen - including a refrigerator with icemaker, built-in microwave, 5-burner stove and dishwasher and a breakfast bar with bar stool seating! The bathroom is new too, with a walk-in shower! Home has all new furnishings, including a King-sized bed in the private master bedroom, queen-sized sofa sleeper, 2 flat screen TV's - one with ROKU, an Alexa, washer/dryer in unit, beach chairs, towels, all linens and a fully-stocked kitchen - including both a coffee maker and Keurig! Just bring your swimsuit!

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful time. This was our 2nd year staying there. It was very clean. I would highly recommend this place to all that want a peaceful experience with a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico. 5 stars all around.

One of a kind!

This location is one of a kind! My 2 year old and 6 year old played and had the shortest walk back to the home whenever they needed to take a break. It was perfect for our small family!

Great location. Condo is well appointed and in good condition. Could use some bigger pillows, how about king pillows for a king bed! Otherwise, no complaints.

Walk right out to the beach! We live in Ft. Myers and due to Hurricane Ian we had to move my dear friends wedding to Hilton at Reddington Beach! I am now in love with this area! This property is as advertised exactly! Walk right out to beach!!!! So clean. I felt so comfortable. I just want to say this is fantastic! Owner took the trouble to text me that I could check in at 2:30 pm as cleaners were done! Just want to say have fun!

Energetic beach loving family that has been visiting Florida since we were children and are lucky enough to have beach rentals in Clearwater Beach, Indian Shores and Ft. Myers Beach. We are both Realtors licensed in Illinois, with Laurie also licensed in Florida. We love to get a break from the cold weather in the Chicago Suburbs with a few winter trips to the beach including long walks on the beach and fantastic sunsets with a cocktail!

This property is so special because it is quaint, old Florida style and located directly on the beach - ranch style with NO STAIRS and a covered parking space 10 feet from your door, so that you can literally have your suitcase in your bedroom and on the beach in 10 minutes! We love this location on the beach because it is more private and the ocean is so clear and turquoise blue/green! We have updated the kitchen/living room to make it an open floor plan with white shaker cabinets, a full-size stainless steel appliance package and granite counters and breakfast bar. The bathroom is also totally remodeled with a walk-in shower and comfort height toilet. All off the furniture, bedding, kitchen accessories, etc. are brand new - as well as 2 flat screen TV's (ROKU in living room and Alexa) and high-speed wireless internet. You will love watching the sunset from the covered front porch or inside at the kitchen table - or start the day with a cup of coffee from either place!
