Sea View is a well-kept, classic Hatteras-style beach house, situated in a prime location in Northern Avon. Located only two lots from the ocean and offering easy beach access coupled with the convenience of one-level living and renovations for 2024, Sea View is sure to please all!

The living area has a TV and plenty of seating for the group to come together and recap the day's excitement and tomorrow's adventures. Walk on the new laminate floors into the well-equipped, eat-in kitchen allowing you to whip up your favorite meals and tasty treats while still being able to engage in vacation family fun. Down the hall, three comfortable bedrooms and a conveniently located, completely renovated hall bath complete this vacation classic. Diamond in the rough

The proximity to the large, quiet beach access was fantastic. The home has a lot of potential and it is evident that the homeowners are working on upgrades to make this the perfect family getaway home. The new floors, bathroom amenities, and large kitchen appliances are very nice.

Thanksgiving getaway

House was nice and enough room for us. Nice location and nice that the beach was just a short walk away. Neighbors are friendly. House you can tell had some weather damage to it at some point. Hope home owners are working on getting that fixed.

This is the perfect location to take advantage of the quiet beach across the street, the Sound in your back yard, and a pool for relaxing. We really enjoyed having decks to take in the views on both sides and stargazing. The home was well furnished and we felt it was a home full of love. Changed check in and check out times to 6pm and 8am after booking.

The property was great. Long walk to the beach. Also, the code for the door lock didn't work when I got there and my family had to wait in our car for 2 hours, after a 7 hour car drive to get there. Careful booking before a holiday or you may be waiting to get in.
