Observation Point: Prime Soundfront Location with Dock! Spectacular Sunsets!

Located in the popular Brigand's Bay neighborhood in Frisco Village on Hatteras Island, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage features a huge soundfront deck with beautiful panoramic views of the Pamlico Sound and unbelievable sunsets. Part of the deck is covered to allow you to enjoy the gorgeous views while keeping cool in the shade.

The 30' long dock is suitable for a shallow draft boat. The water next to the bulkhead is approximately 2' deep with a sandy bottom. Perfect for swimming, fishing, or launching your kayak or paddle board.

Inside, the home features a very open floorplan, allowing the sparkling water views to be seen from all the living spaces. The spacious and well appointed kitchen is stocked with new pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc.

The two bedrooms each have their own adjoining private bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed and water views with a private door to the sound front deck. The second has a queen and twin bunks. Each have comfortable new mattresses and pillows. A large laundry room is available for your use as well.

Downstairs, the convenient outdoor shower is perfect to rinse away the sand and allows you to enjoy stunning water views even while taking shower!

Beach access, Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum, shops, and restaurants are all just minutes away.

The house is beautiful with breathtaking views and great proximity to the water. The dock and garage were just what we needed to fish and for my little one to play in the sand in the shade. Communicating with the owners was a pleasure. We’d love to come again!

Staying right on the sound is really a great option. The house was out of the busier tourist areas with shopping and restaurants close enough.We spent a lot of time fishing and crabbing in the backyard. Which are relaxing, fun, and productive. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom is really convenient when coming back from the beach or puting where you want to shower right away.The kitchen layout and size made it easy to use and had everything we needed.We would look at coming back again.

Wonderful

Our second year in a row. We use to book ocean front properties. Not anymore. We love sound side and we love Observation Point. God willing, we will be here next year.

We were immediately enamored with Observation Point in Frisco, NC. The view could not be more captivating and peaceful. The location on Pamlico Sound was convenient to neighboring Buxton and Hatteras (including the ferry that you can take from Hatteras to Ocracoke). We found the furnishings were very comfortable and the amenities met our needs. We highly recommend this location/property for anyone desiring to get away from the hustle and bustle of Nags Head/Kill Devil Hills area. The perfect end to our day was courtesy of the amazing sunset views on the back porch followed by fantastic stargazing. The cell service/internet also enabled us to stay connected to family and work. The hosts went above and beyond, proactively reaching out to ensure that our needs were met and they were also extremely quick to respond to our inquiries. Should we return to the OBX we would definitely stay at this location all over again!!!

Beautiful sunsets

This was my second stay at Observation Point and it was a great place to relax and kayak. The place was clean and well stocked, the sunsets were spectacular. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Sunsets and warm salty breezes

This is our third time staying here. The location is very good and close to many delicious eateries and fun art gallery shops. You can watch beautiful sunsets here or gorgeous sunrises. The home is well stocked and a comfy size. You will love this place!! Thank you Tom and Miranda:)

Great second visit!

We love staying here! Great location on the sound. Easily the best deck location on the street. Small house, but great setup! Worked great for our family of 6! Can’t wait until next year.

Always fabulous

We've had the pleasure of staying at Observation Point for many years...and every year seems better than the last. The location on the sound is pure magic. Coffee in the morning, watching the birds is so peaceful...& The sunset are beyond description. The neighborhood is perfect for bike rides...and is conveniently located to stores and restaurants, and of course the beach. Observation Point is nourishment for our minds, bodies, and spirits.

When it came to purchasing our dream home, we knew Hatteras Island was the place for us! We had looked at several homes in the area, but kept coming back to the Brigand's Bay community. We loved the fantastic water access, stunning views, and boating and fishing culture here. When we pulled up to this home and saw the view, we were blown away. As we entered the door, we both knew that this was our special place. We're excited to share this home with visitors who are seeking a quiet getaway, and truly hope it will feel like home to you as well.
