Take in terrific ocean views from your beachfront balcony at this wonderful Water's Edge condo. Whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen that features updated stainless steel appliances and then dine together at your choice of a spacious counter with high chairs or a traditional four-seat table. The living area has complete natural lighting with comfortable furnishings and a large flat-screen TV along with a view of the ocean your family will enjoy..

This condo will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Bedroom #1 is complete with a Queen bed, ceiling fan and full private bath with tub/shower combo and amazing ocean views! Bedroom #2 is complete with two twin beds, TV, ceiling fan, shared hall bath with tub/shower combo, and a street-side view.
Sunbathe on the chaise lounge chairs between dips in the Water's Edge pool, complete with a tanning shelf. Access to the beach is just a few steps beyond the pool deck.

Extras central air conditioning plus heating, washer/dryer, smart Roku tv with cable 100+ channels/5G internet.

Great getaway

Really enjoyed this space — perfectly sized for our group! Appreciated the kitchen and bath products (soaps, paper products, etc.)! Unit was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. Easy access to the pool and beach. Quiet while we were there. Would definitely return!

We loved our stay. The flooring and some decor are dated, but it is a very nice condo with a great view, nice balcony, and wonderful location. We would definitely come back.

Nice condo with pool access

This is a great location with nice oceanfront pool access. It is an easy walk to the beach and has adequate space for a small family. The only downside is if you have noisy neighbors above it can be frustrating.

Great location and the unit was a nice open plan. The kitchen area is dated and whole adequate it is outdated.

Loved the location, pool, general facilities. Condo needs kitchen upgrade, new dishwasher and stove. Great covered balcony, quick walk to pier and short drive to stores.

The condo exceeded all my expectations! The kitchen renovation was perfect with new appliances and very well stocked with everything needed! The furniture was comfortable and the unit was very well kept and clean. I will definitely recommend to my friends!

Good Space with Logistical Issues

Good property. Only having one key card, and no way to get another, created logistical problems and frustration. Floors dirty. But great balcony, comfortable for the most part, navigable kitchen, and beautiful beachfront.

Disappointed

View is awesome , the condo is very dated , dirty looking carpet old bathrooms, crumbs left on chairs , 1st night people above us stomping back and forth constantly, second night screaming baby next door, we left instead of leaving in the morning, could have set my 900 on fire and watched it burn would’ve been better. Place should be torn down and something better built. Obviously will never return

Mixed thoughts

Comfortable furniture. Nice appliances. Odd # of pans; 7 skillets, 5 saucepans and 6 pots over 6qts size. The pans took up the whole pantry, no place to store food. Picked up two dead cockroaches. Big turn off.

Great experience while it lasted!

We loved this condo! The pool was perfect for littler kids and being so close to the beach was a dream! The place was clean and well stocked and great for our family of 4. Unfortunately we chose to leave early due to Tropical Storm Debby as it was a bit small for us to be stuck inside for several days. We would definitely return though with better weather and would recommend the condo to others. Note that the insurance won’t cover a volunteer departure unless there is a mandatory evacuation or road closure for more that 48 hours. So just keep that in mind when you book as I don’t think we’ll be getting any money back.

Lovely condo, poor wifi

The unit was well appointed. The problem was the WiFi was out all during our stay. We contacted property management and they said they would report it. We heard nothing. We found instructions from the owner how to re-boot the Wifi. Our question is, if you know this is a problem why not have it fixed once and for all. Plus we found 2 cockroaches. We will not rent from Vacasa ever again.

Awful kitchen.. don't stay here if you want to cook

Although the condo had newer living room furniture and comfortable beds, the kitchen was a disaster. The countertop next to the range is so warped and split it is unusable. Cabinet doors hard to open. The small counter/cabinet across from the sink is not anchored to the wall. The small shelf attached to it is unusable because as you lift it up the cabinet pulls out from the wall. The dishwasher while functional does not clean dishes well. The dishwasher door almost hits the floor as you open it and the rack when loaded comes crashing down. The kitchen supplies are strange.. LOTS of frying pans and pots filling all the available storage and way too many for one to use, but only 3 teaspoons in cutlery and very few glasses. I have stayed in several of the condos in Waters Edge over the past 20+ years but would NEVER stay at this condo again unless the kitchen and bathrooms are renovated. I would never recommend it to anyone. Such a disappointment that we left two days early!!!!
