"My Sunshine" is a beautiful Oceanfront, 2nd Floor Condo offers 2 bedrooms & 2 baths in a Fantastic East End Location! Perfect for enjoying breathtaking views of beach & sunsets! This home offers a relaxing, private setting on the East End, and is easy walking or biking distance from restaurants, shops, bars and water sports. You will be greeted by gleaming wood floors and refreshing decor throughout. A fully stocked kitchen overlooks the beach and ocean, and is perfect for preparing refreshments to enjoy outside on your Dune Front Deck. Enjoy the privacy of 1 King Ocean Front bedroom with private bath & TV as well as a second bedroom with 2 Full beds and a full bath off the hallway. Stackable washer/dryer. The beautiful white sand beach is just steps away, and an outdoor shower is available to wash away the sand after a long day in the sun.

PLEASE NOTE: NO GRILL IS PROVIDED AT THIS PROPERTY.

Pet Friendly: $250 Non-refundable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. An additional dog(s) may be allowed provided that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations. Additional Fees will apply for more than one dog. Guests must crate pets when they are left in the home unattended.

Off season stay

We enjoyed the peace and quiet of being there in the off-season, but the weather was still excellent. October is a great time for a beach visit.

Nice beach front condo

Clean & well appointed 2 bedroom condo with great location for easy access to the beach & restaurants. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony & master bedroom. Will plan to stay here again in the future.

This property is at an ideal location right off the bridge onto the island. There is a restaurant across the street that is good and a coffee shop within walking distance. The unit was very clean but needs updating. The beds are too hard, the sofa is uncomfortable and the shower/tub controls were a little sketchy. We'll take clean over updated but these fixes would make the stay much more comfortable. Good beds are a must. We won't pick this unit again but would try another in this condo.

Mixed emotions

I am a fisherman and have a buggy to take all of my gear to the oceanfront (surf). There was no way at all to get it from the rental to the beach. No entry to the walkway over the dunes on ground level and walkway was too narrow. Had to take beach buggy on the edge of street several houses down and use the city's public beach entrance. Other than that, DO NOT drop the soap in the master bath or you have to get out in order to bend over to pick it up. We did enjoy our visit to Holden beach after all.

Fabulous location!

My Sunshine was the perfect place to stay for a getaway from the hustle and bustle and we loved the location! So easy to get on the beach for fabulous shelling thanks to the dredging. We spent almost every morning and evening either on the balcony or the beach for sunrise and sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and even though it is a tad dated it was quite servicable and worked well for when we wanted to cook. The sliding screen door kept falling off and a call to maintenance had them come the same day to fix it. Unfortunately the fix lasted a day — suspect it just needs replaced. All in all a really nice week in My Sunshine with the perfect view.

Excellent location for sunrise and sunset

Great location for walking to restaurants on the island. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony with a short walk to the beautiful beach.

Perfect Spring Break in Holden Beach

My family has been coming to Holden Beach for 30 years. This condo building and it’s location is my favorite! We’ve stayed in one of the other units-liked this one best! Comfortable, clean, plenty of room, and excellent and fast response to a maintenance request. We were able to prepare most of our meals in the well appointed and well stocked kitchen. The views and sound of the ocean in our backyard were amazing and so relaxing. One suggestion-the sliding door and screen need to be replaced-it couldn’t be locked and screen would not stay on track. Other than that-it was perfect! We will be back. Thank you for everything.

Exciting beachfront property!

So close to the beach, charming getaway with fully stocked kitchen on the preferred first floor. Located close to everything. At night it sounds like you are sleeping on the ocean.

My Sunshine

My Sunshine, is a bright, beachy condo. Kitchen is well stocked. Ocean front balcony provided blissful surf sounds. It is in walking distance for 2 restaurants/bars, Sunday concerts and candy/ice cream store. The building has a fresh, updated look.

Perfect vacation

This was our first time to Holden Beach but it definitely won’t be our last. My Sunshine is a beautifully decorated ocean front condo. We loved it. The only suggestion I would make is to adjust the existing ceiling fans. They were very wobbly and perhaps put another in the master bedroom. By following the rules of setting the thermostat to 74 degrees, it makes the bedroom very stuffy. Other than that our stay was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation spot!

A great place for a quiet family vacation! Loved the beautiful beach & wonderful location that is within walking distance to some great restaurants! My only issue was the lack of full curtains on the second bedroom window! The second bedroom window faces the street and main walkthru area! All in all, wonderful place to stay!
