Easy Walkway right to the beach and toes in the sand. Walkway goes from first floor and ramp (from the ground)! So quite easy for your fishing gear, grandma or kids wagon, w/ only a few steps down to the beachside. Volleyball and (small) Mini Putt-Putt course in backyard and fun for all

Thanks for looking at Pearl by the Sea at North Topsail Beach which is one of two UNIQUE properties. The Pearl is in the community of the VILLAGE OF STUMP SOUND, S. Permuda Wynd in North Topsail Beach, NC. The Pearl and the Flip Flop Inn (vrbo 181444) sit side-by-side. They are on a private street in the Village of Stump Sound in North Topsail Beach and together they are called North Topsail Oceanfront Rentals.

The community pool is just down the street and only a 3-4 minute walk by street or beach. The sound side of our community is right across the street, is a great place to enjoy a walk, ride your bike or play tennis. You can also play pickle ball. Come and enjoy!! Many times emails are slow to come through this Expedia site (the owner of Vrbo). Although, always happy to hear from travelers and answer any questions, before booking.

Rentals are weekly only w/ checkin/checkout... SATURDAY TO SATURDAY during warm months. Weeks can have some flexibility outside of warmer months, although is weekly. All rates include cleaning and linens. Pearl by the Sea is located in a premier development at the end of the cul-de-sac. I am sure you will love The Pearl by the Sea.

All bedrooms on the first floor (1) King, (1) Queen and bunk bedroom w/ 2 sets of bunkbeds) have access to oceanside deck and wonderful views. Main floor (2nd) has Queen bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, great room and dining area with ocean views and occasional dolphin citings. Baby Crib/High chair available for little one. Flatscreen TV's in great room and most bedrooms.

Elevator goes from Ground floor to 1st and 2nd floors. It does not go to 3rd floor. 3rd floor has a King bedroom w/ private deck. Yes..we have wireless internet! If you're an early bird..can take beautiful sunrise pictures from oceanside decks.

FOR MORE AREA PICTURES...check out our Flip Flop Inn which sits to the left of the Pearl! Any questions...please ask. There is only one "Pearl by the Sea" in the Village of Stump Sound in North Topsail Beach. The Pearl and our other home, the Flip Flop Inn (vrbo 181444) SHARE the volleyball court and putt-putt in the back yard. Always fun to watch the young and old enjoy and being ff their electronics for awhile!

A Pearl by the Sea is perfectly named. What a gem of a property! This spacious home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a beautiful ocean-front view, well-appointed bedrooms/baths, a kitchen that is a fully stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. The decks and walkways to the beach are well designed for easy access. The volleyball court and putt putt are so much fun! Add in Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boogie boards sitting in the outside cubbies, kid toys, and crib, what else do you need for a wonderful vacay!!?? This owner (Susan) thought of every detail to make guests feel like theyā€™re not home away from home. She was incredible at communicating throughout the rental process. We will definitely be renting this property again.

What a fabulous place!

The Pearl will not disappoint! The location is perfect-oceanfront, beautiful yard, close to amenities. It has the best well-stocked kitchen I have ever seen!! Our family loved the decor, the large kitchen table for meals and puzzles, the elevator for hauling up suitcases/groceries, and the kid toys and games. Wonderful!

November getaway

Weā€™ve stayed at many houses on Topsail and this was the best. It is hard to find an ocean front house that takes dogs and has an elevator , but this one has it all. The house is stocked with beach gear, nice kitchen equipment, bath and beach towels, fans, sheets, ice machine and extra fridge. Itā€™s in a good location in the center of the island. It has an elevator and is dog friendly. The kids loved the volleyball court and mini golf course. Lots of yard space for the pups. Thereā€™s also a community pool.Susan was great-very communicative and conscientious. This is an A house!

Wonderful week at the Pearl

We had an amazing stay at the Pearl. It was a very last minute booking (other host canceled last minute, putting us in quite a predicament) and Susan was very responsive and helpful. Our group of 8 had plenty of room. The kids absolutely loved the amenities, including volleyball court, pool, etc. My family loves to cook, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Theyā€™ve thought of everything. The owners were amazing to deal with, and I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

Marvelous home on the beach!

The Pearl has it all - privacy, cleanliness, comfort, convenience, amenities, and most of all close proximity to the most wonderful stretch of private beach area. Our group of 6 adults and 3 children had plenty of room to gather at meal time or scatter for privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked for the days when you want to bbq or cook in. And everyone enjoyed their most comfortable beds. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the porch and simply watch the ocean waves, sunrise/sunset, feel the breeze and breathe in the fresh air, so relaxing. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. And you'll not find a better owner than Bob and Susan Frank. They both went over and above to make our adult autistic son at home so that he could enjoy his time away. In fact, he stated that he always wants to vacation in one of Ms. Susan's homes! Thanks for sharing your beautiful beach home with us, we are very grateful!!

There is no downside to this property. The property owners are attentive and helpful. The house is beautifully furnished. The best part is the wide front porch off of the kitchen living area where we spent many hours enjoying the view and letting the little ones play. We hope to return next year!

Great for Large Group

Our family had a great time (except for Hurricane Debbie) staying at the Pearl. Susan is easy to communicate with and helped with all our needs prior to our visit and during the visit. Read the reviews before going because the house has so much to offer! If you are tight on space, leave your chairs at home and use the Tommy Bahama chairs that are at the house! There is a second fridge and an ice machine!! So helpful if you are like us and make all your meals for the week.

One of the nicest properties weā€™ve ever stayed in!

This house was so fabulous that I donā€™t know where to start. The home owners clearly take a lot of pride in this property. It is very clean and the kitchen is well-equipped (we like to cook) and even has an ice machine. Thereā€™s so much attention to detail - from beachy wall sconces and murals in the ceramic floor tile to a dolphin shaped handle on the foot wash station. Super convenient walkway straight onto the beach plus gorgeous balconies to sit and sip wine and enjoy the ocean from (the gate on the deck was crucial in keeping the grandkids contained!) Definitely recommend this wonderful house!!

Gorgeous accommodation!

This is our family's second visit to the Pearl and we were excited to return to such a beautiful house. The ocean views are incredible and you can get your toes wet in about 3 minutes door to water. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The volleyball court and outdoor areas are a great way to way to keep your crew busy in the evenings with games and hanging outside. The living room and eat in kitchen was a great way start the day with our family with some having coffee on the porch and others lounging for lazy cartoon watching. We willost certainly return

Such a great place to escape

Susan thought of everything to make our experience beyond memorable. Me, my mom and dogs definitely want to return. The views from all the various decks and sounds of the ocean waves really help put you at ease. The house was very well stocked and very clean! The Pearl of the Sea was an absolute dream. Our family had a wonderful time on the beach.

The Pearl had everything and more for our family. From kitchen supplies to beach chairs there is nothing that we needed. The rooms were perfect, comfortable beds and the volleyball court was perfect. The fact that the dogs could be on the beach with us made it even better. Thank you Susan for all of your advice and being so kind. You have a beautiful home and we appreciate you sharing it with us!

Gorgeous property! Amazing views of the Atlantic and fully equipped house

This house has all that you need for a great vacation. Proximity to the ocean is terrific, a lovely walkway straight to the beach. Beautiful and easy access . House to beach chair in about two minutes. The bedrooms are all comfortable and well appointed. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Perfect for those who want to cook or bake for family and friends .
