Our complex has a large HEATED, SALINE outdoor lap POOL and 2 Hot Tubs. We also have a great exercise room.

It is a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach at A-Bay. We are a 5 min walk to THE HILTON WAIKOLOA , AND THE WAIKOLOA MARRIOTT RESORTS.

Two Bedrooms with CA King Beds and each bedroom has it's own bathroom attached. Perfect accommodation for 2 couples or family.

You'll love our newly remodeled mango, gourmet kitchen with new appliances, granite counters and every small appliance you might need or want. Including espresso machine, blender, rice cooker, slow cooker, juice press, popcorn popper, waffle iron, etc.

We have a very cozy lanai settee - sofa and two swivel rockers with ottomans.

Stone and tiled floors through out. Beautiful tropical rugs on the floors. - All bathrooms are remodeled. You'll feel like you are at a spa!

We have a new large flat screen smart TV in the living room and the primary bedroom. Our STEREO system is Blue tooth.

It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach from this condo. . A port-a crib and a high chair are available at no extra cost. All linens are provided including beach towels. Boogie boards, an ice chest, beach umbrella, beach toys, a foldable wagon and light weight packable beach chairs are included with the room.

We had the most wonderful Christmas stay at this condo in Hawaii. The location was perfect and made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The condo itself felt like a home away from home, especially with the well-stocked kitchen that had everything we needed for our holiday meals. It was comfortable, welcoming, and exactly what we were hoping for. We truly enjoyed our time here and look forward to staying again in the future.

Perfect Kona Condo for golf and beach

Amazing condo with adorable tropical decor and everything you could need for a great stay. Kitchen was was incredibly equipped including all the tiki barware and a chilled bottle of bubbly in the fridge. Big fluffy beach towels and toys and the view was perfect. Be sure to get the golf discount - the course has seen better days but the condo is prime

Wonderful condo in Waikoloa

Sylvia’s Vista Waikoloa was amazing. Having two primary rooms with attached bathrooms was so convenient for my husband and I and our adult son. The beds were super comfortable. Everything in the condo is high quality from the bedding to the towels to the decor. Would highly recommend and will stay again. The location can’t be beat.

Wonderful vacation!

We greatly enjoyed our 10-day vacation in this exceptionally nice Vista Waikoloa condo. It features beautiful views, comfortable and attractive furnishings indoors and on the lanai, excellent beds, and the best-equipped kitchen you'll ever find in a holiday rental. Sylvia, the owner, makes the entire rental process easy and stress-free. You won't be disappointed.

Great location and lots of amenities

We loved our stay at Vista Waikoloa. Sylvia is quick to respond and so helpful. The walk to the beach is short and the condo has everything you could want and more. It was so nice to have beach chairs, mats, umbrellas, coolers, ice packs, etc all there and ready to go. The Lanai is huge and the kitchen is very well stocked. We were even able to host dinner one night for our family of 20 and everyone had a place to sit. We would love to stay again if we get a chance to visit the Big Island again.

Amazing!

My family stayed in this unit in November 2010 for our wedding/honeymoon. It was so beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. We are considering coming back to Hawaii next year for our 5th anniversary and are hoping to stay in this same condo. Beautiful!!!! (it wouldn't let me choose dates back that far)

Absolutely perfect

What a beautiful resort condo - nothing lacking! We were so busy the whole time and hardly relaxed so we didn’t get a chance to write in the guest book. We faired tropical storm Calvin and had to cancel golf but made the best of it. Sylvia is an incredible host with superb communication from start to finish. I hope I can stay again in the future.

Great property

My family did not want to leave this place! We do a lot of rental by owner and this was probably the best stocked place we stayed in. The beds were comfortable (even so one kid chose to sleep on the lanai every night!). Sleeping with the doors open and breeze blowing thru was very nice. We cooked breakfast every day and dinner many days, and had all the tools needed. We loved having the beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and other supplies available to use. The location was great and allowed us to explore from Waimea to Kona and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

FABULOUS!

We really loved this condo! We have stayed in 2 other condos in Vista Waikaola, and this was the best by far. It was very well-appointed, very comfortable, and had SUCH a great kitchen. We had everything we needed, plus some. There were many great places to sit and relax, inside and out. The view of the mountains is incredible. I loved watching the sunrise from the the lanai every morning - just magical! We also loved communicating with the owner. We felt very welcomed. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Experience

My husband and I with another couple spent 2 wonderful weeks at Waikoloa Beach Resort. We were extremely surprised at how well supplied the condo was, including many extra amenities not usually included in rentals. The rooms were large and well decorated. The lanai was roomy with an unobstructed view of the golf course. The large pool had recently been refurbished and the 2 lovely spas were nicely situated above the pool. It was a short stroll to the beautiful beach to enjoy many activities or have a fun lunch at the beach restaurant. If you prefer you can walk to the nearby shopping center featuring many unique shops, restaurants and a grocery store.

Paradise on the BIG ISLAND

Everything I read prior to my stay at this property is absolutely true! I can’t say enough about Sylvia and her beautiful condo. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated in the spirit of the island. The sunrise views were spectacular and the location was perfect. I brought my 77 year old mother who had a long time dream to visit Hawaii and she loved staying here. The layout was perfect and the terrace gave her hours of enjoyment. Best of all, I was inspired by Sylvia’s wall art from a local artist. I am now the proud owner of one of his paintings! Maloha!!!!

Well equipped spacious condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay, the location is great, walking to shops, restaurants and most importantly the beach! The condo was the best equipped VRBO I’ve ever seen with every kitchen accoutrement you could think of and very nice updates and appliances. There is also every beach toy or accessory one could need which came in handy. A question came up during our stay and Sylvia was so quick to respond also messaging us the first day to make sure we got in and everything was to our liking. The roomy patio had a great view of the mountains, golf and pretty sunsets, this was the most used space in the condo with well appointed outdoor furniture and seating. We did use the golf discount which was worth while. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo, great location, great owner

I do not tend to write reviews, but this case is special. This condo is awesome. My family had one of our best vacations while staying there. The condo is elegantly decorated and the kitchen is equipped with anything we could possibly need. There is nice view from the lanai and it's very quiet. The location is great, too: walking distance to the beach, the Kings Shops / Queens Marketplace, and the Hilton hotel (kids loved their train, boats, parrots, sharks and dolphins). The complex has a large swimming pool and good gas grills in the common area. Finally, the owner is great: very responsive and accomodating, processed payments/refunds on schedule, left a nice fruit basket for us. This is going to be our preferred destination in Hawaii, and we'll be recommending this condo to our friends and colleagues. Thanks for the great vacation, Sylvia!

Beautiful, Perfectly Located Condo

This rental was such a pleasure to stay in! The owner has really gone over and above to offer an exceptional condo. I love the two en-suite master bedroom set up. The furnishings are comfortable and high end. Everything is new and beautiful. It is walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. Great discount golf. We loved sleeping under the ceiling fans at night. It kept us cool and we really felt like we were in Hawaii. The three mountain view over the golf course from the lanai is truly spectacular. The kitchen was THE best equipped rental kitchen I have ever seen and it also had lots of things like soy sauce, specialty salts, spices, baking supplies, and much more. I very much appreciated the rice cooker too! All in all, a really wonderful rental, especially if you want discount golf at the Waikoloa course.

Our family loved this condo!

I stayed for 8 days in June with my husband and two teenage daughters in this beautiful condominium. The location was perfect- a ten minute walk to the beach at A Bay, and the same to the shops at King's and Queen's Marketplace. It was also a short drive up the coast to other beautiful beaches at Mauna Kea and Hapuna, or down the coast to Kona and snorkeling and kayaking at Cook's monument. Beach chairs and boogie boards were provided! The condo was lovely and comfortable and very well equipped for cooking at home, with lots of little extras like spices and plastic wrap provided. We enjoyed the view of the volcano over the golf course and loved the breezes. There was some road noise from passing cars at times, but otherwise the location was nice and quiet. The girls had to share a bed in the second bedroom, but it was so comfortable they didn't mind. Sylvia and the manager were very responsive to any questions and concerns we had. Overall it was an A+ stay! We would certainly recommend this unit to others and hope to return some day.

Amazing stay

I have stayed at many properties throughout the years and this one is the very best. Sylvia is a pleasure to work with. Wonderful condo and great location

The condo doesn’t feel like a rental. With the well appointed kitchen, comfortable rooms, updated bathrooms and many extras/amenities that give it a personal touch. The lanai - the sunrises were amazing! With the Kings’ Shops, Queens’ Marketplace, and A’bay short walk away. The complex was clean and quiet. Our main home is in Washington Sttate, and this is where my family loves to come for more sun and warm weather. We enjoy the outdoors - Swimming, snorkeling, hiking, golfing and diving. I enjoy being the hostess to such a lovely place. The condo is in a great location and with the new renovations, it is perfect.

After checking out many other condos before purchasing here, it was obvious this complex was the best complex in the area and it is definitely in the best location. The large heated saline pool is also a great feature. The grounds are immaculate and people are friendly. the HUGE wrap around lanais! is a real plus!
