New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Enjoy a canal-front getaway that is full of peace and serenity at Sea Schulz. You'll have access to a floating boat dock for swimming, kayaking, and boating, while beach access is within easy walking distance! This lovely house features a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and other small appliances. There is also a nice dining and living area for everyone to enjoy! Other amenities include central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, ceiling fans in all rooms, a covered porch with rockers, enclosed outside shower.

No smoking is allowed, but the home is not smoke-free
*This dock at this home is 15 feet. The water at low tide in the canal varies, but maneuvering a boat should be easy (if the boat isn't too large). No ropes or buoys are provided. Guests may swim in the canal!

Great location and beautiful view. We liked the stereo system that piped out to the balcony. Kids loved the swimming dock. Definitely will be coming back.

Long weekend stay

Nice, but……

It is a great location, and has a wonderful back porch and nice layout. Unfortunately, it is showing it’s age and could use, at least, new stairs and railings, and some new mattresses.

Had a great time until Ian showed up

We had a great time fishing until Hurricane Ian showed up and we had to go home early due to flooding will definatly stay again.

For price and distance to the walk way was pretty good. The furniture needs to be updated. The house was clean and cozy on the canal. I would stay in it again, the only suggestion I would for the owner would be to update the furniture. Everything else was good.

Great Location

There were two things we really loved about Sea Schulz. 1. The location. 2. The porch that faces the canal. Only 2 of us stayed here. There are enough beds for 8 people. The house is older and lighting could be much improved. Bed was comfortable. Oh, one more thing we loved......the outdoor stereo speakers on the porch. Although there are 5 televisions in the house, we never watched TV. We spent all our time outside, on the porch, on kayaks in the canal, or on the beach. Super easy walk to the beach.

Family stay

We were delighted to stay at the Sea Schulz. The kitchen is adequately stocked except for drinking glasses. There are a ton of stemmed glasses but very few cups for drinking water/soda etc. The sign for logging into the WiFi is inaccurate. It says to use a network that doesn't exist and use my email as the password. The actual network shows the home address and the password is a phone number. Just gave you find the right person to get that number. These are my only small critiques. The house is great. Location is great. Thanks for having us!

Holden beach stay

We enjoyed being in the canal,,, but when we arrived, we realized quite a few lights didn't work. It was very dark at night outside trying to walk up and down stairs from the porch. There were several steps and boards that weren't good and tripped several times on them and without lighting on the porch we were afraid we may fall down the steps and my husband fixed the handle on the commode that wouldn't flush. We appreciate everything. It was really clean though so that was a plus. Have a blessed evening.
