This large custom home located on a quiet corner lot is just two lots from the beach access, one block from the grocery store, shopping and dining. You'll enjoy great ocean views from both decks. The first-level wraparound deck has both ocean and south views and a beautiful two-person swing great for lounging out of the sun. Grab your towel and step into the large hot tub also located on this first level deck. The upper level boasts panoramic views north and south and wonderful ocean views, and a picnic table on the deck along with comfortable Adirondack lounge chairs for sun lovers.

The first floor has four bedrooms; two with queen beds and baths and two with single beds and a convenient hall bath. The wide hallway makes it easy to come and go, even with larger family groups. The split level area has the fifth bedroom (two bunks) for the kids and a utility area .Guests will bask in the luxury of the large open floor plan with high cathedral ceilings, fireplace, bathroom, super roomy kitchen with quartz countertops, breakfast bar, and formal dining area. Comfortable couches and chairs in the family room with TV make indoor relaxing easy. The sixth bedroom off the living room (queen) is on the ocean side of the home. The loft with a commercial ice maker and wet bar is a great place to watch the sunset.

Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather.
