Just minutes away by shuttle, is access to the Beach Club, where there is a gulf front pool, chairs and concessions.

This impeccably decorated unit is an exclusive penthouse where you get the most amazing 10th floor views! The living area features an oversized L-shaped sectional sofa, comfy side chairs, a 55" LG 3D smart TV and LG sound bar, Apple TV and balcony access! The screened lanai overlooks the magnificent golf course, and also affords views of Old River and the Intercoastal Waterway. With plenty of seating including brand new cushioned furniture and a bar top table, you can dine al fresco while delighting in the picturesque vistas of Perdido Key! The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler and upgraded cookware!

The master suite will allow you to indulge in some much needed relaxation, hosting a king bed with luxurious linens and a premium mattress, and an elegant attached master bath. Immerse yourself in the jetted Whirpool garden tub after a long day of play, or refresh in the separate walk-in shower. There's even a bose sound box in the master bath as well! The second bedroom offers an ultra comfortable adjustable queen bed, and the third bedroom hosts a full bed with a twin trundle underneath, offering accommodations for up to 7. Each bedroom has a sharp flat-screen TV and brand new bedding and Paula Deen bedroom suites! The bedrooms and hallways are carpeted with a plush Frieze carpet, and the kitchen, living area and bathrooms are beautifully tiled.

The Lost Key Resort boasts a private Beach Club available to all guests year-round! It is currently open Wednesday to Monday. There are 2 shuttles that take guests from their condo/townhome to the Beach Club available for free! The shuttle schedule varies, please inquire for specifics. Coolers are not permitted on the shuttles. The Beach Club consists of a restaurant/bar, private bathrooms, beach access boardwalk, and beachfront pool. Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the pool deck. While golf carts are required on the private Lost Key Golf Course, they are not permitted on the streets inside the resort.

** If golfing, renters will be required to pay a one time transfer fee to transfer the golf membership into their party's name, as well as a fee per person, per round cart rental fee (walking is not permitted). Fees are paid directly to the resort. Please correspond with Lost Key Golf Club. Pricing is subject to change. Membership includes the following:

• Maximum of 2 adults and 2 minor age children (16 and under). Additional charges apply for other adults.

• One golf cart (Only 2 persons permitted per cart). Additional charges apply if needing more than one cart, and only adults may drive)
