Welcome to your perfect mountain getaway — a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo just minutes from the slopes of Keystone. Thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind, this unit offers modern amenities and a relaxed alpine vibe that’s ideal for families or groups seeking both space and convenience.
This condo comfortably sleeps up to nine guests across two king beds, a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Whether you're traveling with extended family or a group of friends, there's room for everyone to relax and recharge.
At the heart of the home is the open-concept living area, featuring a cozy stone-framed electric fireplace, sleek modern furnishings, a large smart TV, and a queen sleeper sofa. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The dining area seats eight comfortably, making it easy to gather for meals, board games, or puzzles — plenty of which are provided for guest use.
Each bedroom offers a private retreat. The primary suite includes a king-size bed with plush bedding and a spa-inspired en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed with direct access to a full bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, offering a twin-over-queen bunk bed and easy access to the third full bath.
Each bathroom is stocked with body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer for guest convenience. (Management can assist with restocking as needed.)
Additional conveniences include one assigned space in the covered, heated parking garage and a dedicated ski/snowboard locker located directly in front of the parking spot. The residence also features a private washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a balcony with outdoor seating — perfect for enjoying the crisp mountain air.
Guests will love the location and nearby amenities. The condo is just a 3-minute walk from Lakeside Village, where you’ll find shops, dining, and beautiful lakeside views. A complimentary Keystone shuttle stops nearby and will take you anywhere around the town of Keystone, not just the resort. The Keystone Racket Club is right across the street, and you’ll also find two championship golf courses, miles of hiking and biking trails, tubing, and easy access to scenic Lake Dillon.
Guests also enjoy access to the Keystone Lodge and Spa amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and fitness center. River Run Village is just a five-minute drive away, offering more dining, shopping, and lift access for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and biking.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
