Entire basement apartment is warm, welcoming, and comes with delicious complimentary waffles to start your mornings right. Nestled on a quiet street, you’ll enjoy peaceful nights while being just minutes from UVU, BYU, shopping, and restaurants. High speed internet and a smart TV.
