The house was a nice space that accommodated our large family well. It’s great that there are five bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor patio on the hot tub side is very nice. We used it most days during our stay. The host was helpful before we arrived. Location is very good, and it’s easy to get to Miami shores, 2nd Ave, downtown Miami, the beach, etc. There were a couple things that were NOT so great at the house--There is no dishwasher. If you have 8-10 people staying and plan to cook meals, it’s difficult without a dishwasher. -Closets. Two of the bedrooms have locked closets. We stayed at the house two weeks and it’s not convenient to have to keep your clothes in the suitcase the whole time. One of the rooms had a dresser with broken drawers, but the other room with no closet access didn’t have anything. -The rooms with no closets plus the bathroom don’t have hooks to hang clothes or towels. Made it difficult to put shower towels somewhere. -The common space also isnt the best for a large group of people. There isn’t really a comfortable dining table for a large group. Couches are so so, but not very confortable. It would be nice to have a larger dining table and possible a table outside on the patio.
