Beautifully updated and tastefully decorated 2nd floor beachfront condo with easy access to a covered parking spot and the beach. Well-equipped and recently updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and hardwood cabinets that is perfect for those who love to cook. Two beautifully decorated and updated bedrooms with king size Serta Foam mattresses. The bathrooms are recently updated with granite countertops. High speed wireless Internet, large flat screen Smart HDTV in the living room, and flat screen TV’s in both bedrooms. Beautiful crown molding, tile floors, plantation shutters and six panel doors throughout. Free long distance calls in the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Awesome Condo to Rent!

We spent a week in this condo in Oct. 2016. The accommodations were very up to date, and the condo had every thing we needed for a fun, relaxing week at Siesta Dunes. I would highly recommend this condo as you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful!

Condo was beautiful, everything you could ask for except washer and dryer in the condo. Beds were really comfortable, will be coming back next year.

Lovely condo on a beautiful beach!

This condo is awesome! Spacious, clean, newly renovated, well furnished and located. Comfortable beds. We stayed 9 nights, and it started to feel like home very quickly! Parking for this unit is close, and covered. Keeps the car cool, and dry if you happen to run into rain. Also very good access to the beach, pool, and clubhouse (where there is coffee!) No need for using an elevator. The pool is big and the water is warm. Our stay was at the start of August so it wasn't crowded, always plenty of chairs at the pool and beach. The lanai is enclosed, which is nice in summer. Nice view of the pool and courtyard but palm trees obscure the Gulf view since it's 2nd floor. We didn't mind, the Gulf is just steps away! The sand on this beach is amazing, it really does stay cool enough to walk barefoot even in the hottest weather!! Siesta Key is very quiet and relaxed. No restaurants/clubs or lots of commercial activity, just beautiful private beach with the condos. There is a large deck that is perfect for watching the sunset. Sunday night there is a drum circle at the public beach, and you can walk there from the condo. We highly recommend the drum circle, people watching at it's best! Plenty of shopping & dining close by at the Village, but you will want a car or Johnny Ride for that. You will need a car if you want to shop at Publix. The owner is very nice, with quick email & phone responses and gave us some great tips on dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Siesta Dunes!

Outstanding condo and location!

The condo was perfect and just a very short walk to the beach with no roads to cross. The complex was well kept and the staff were friendly. We would definitely stay in unit 2-209 again.

We have been going to Siesta Dunes for many years now. We love how well the grounds are kept up. This year we stayed in 2-209 and had a wonderful experience. It’s a beautiful condo, very nicely updated and has all the comforts of home. We will definitely use this residence again!

Beautiful Property & Resort

This was our first trip to Siesta Key and couldn't be happier. The condo is lovely, clean & well furnished, The resort is beautiful & staff are super friendly and of course the beach is remarkable. Looking forward to returning again!! Thanks Len for all your help & info during the booking process

Beautiful unit and grounds!

We loved the unit itself and the grounds were beautiful. The only reason we wouldn't give it 5 stars is that it does not have in-unit laundry. Since towels are only exchanged once a week, this is a little inconvenient. However, other than that we really loved the place and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Condo and Resort!

The condo was great!!! It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was new. Siesta Dunes is the nicest resort I have been to in Siesta Key. I highly recommend this condo and resort!!!

If you want to be close to the #1 beach in tge U.S and all the comforts of home, you have found it! Great location,full of things to go and do in this tranquil, gorgeous, beautifully appointed condo, with all you'll need, to have an amazing vacation!

Excellent!

Awesome location! Unit was very clean! We had a wonderful time. The only thing we could say is that we were not fans of the foam mattresses- but that is just a personal preference on our end. We would definitely return!

2nd year in a row in this wonderful unit

This is the second year in a row that we stayed in this unit, and in between our stays, the owner upgraded the kitchen, which is beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked with probably every utensil, appliance, pots, pans, etc. that you would ever need. The unit is very clean, and the bedding and furniture still feel and look brand new. The owner is very nice and has always replied very quickly with any question I have had. My previous review has more details, but to clarify, the master bedroom has a partial gulf view and partial pool view, but the view of both the gulf and the pool are mostly obstructed from the enclosed lanai due to the many lush palm trees on the pathway leading to the pool outside below the lanai, but it is a very nice tropical view. The pool is a large saltwater pool, which is nice because you come out feeling relatively clean and there is no smelly chlorine. The grounds are very well kept. There are stairs near the unit and lead to the unit’s covered parking spot. The washer/dryer and elevator are down the hall. Outside the elevator, there was a shopping cart and luggage cart which is helpful on move in/move out day with luggage, and after a trip to Publix (just over the bridge, about 5 minutes away) with lots of groceries. The huge deck with BBQ grills near the beach is great, and it has a covered section with tables and chairs. There was a massive meteor shower while we were there mid-August, and my family went out onto this deck at 5 am until dawn, and saw 20-30 meteors overhead! Siesta Key is well known for it’s fine white powdery sand, and even in the August sun and heat, it never got hot and was very comfortable to walk on it barefoot. If you are an early riser, walking on the beach just after sunrise is beautiful – I even happened to witness a baby sea turtle that had just hatched, make it’s way to the water!

Excellent unit in fantastic property!

My family of 4 with two teenagers stayed in this wonderful 2nd floor unit, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was very clean, bedding very comfortable, lots of new furnishings, and the unit was stocked with everything we needed. The unit is excellently located with great views of the heated salt-water pool and gulf, and dedicated parking spot just outside the unit, down the nearby stairs. The owner responded very quickly to the various questions I had and was a pleasure to deal with. The resort is beautiful, lush and tropical, and very well maintained. The large deck with seating and BBQ grills near the beach is perfect for watching the sunset. This was our 6th stay in Siesta Key, and our 1st time to Siesta Dunes. Siesta Key's white fine powdery sand that never gets hot and calm turquoise water simply can't be beat! We liked it so much that we have made reservations to stay in this same unit in the summer of 2016!

Excellent !

We had very good time on our vacation! Condo was very clean, modern, well setup. We had all we needed. Great outside deck, nice pool, always available chairs on a beach. Beautiful white sand and turquoise clear water! It was our first trip to Siesta and we hope to come back soon!

Thanks for the very thoughtful comments. We have owned the property for more than 20 years and strive to keep it the best. You did pick the best beach in North America as it was rated #1 in 2011!
